State appointed C H Jadhav in Nithyananda case

BANGALORE: The State Government has appointed former public prosecutor C H Jadhav to represent the State in the cases filed against self-styled godman Nithyananda in Bidadi Police Station.

The government, besides appointing Jhadav as the Special Public Prosecutor in Crime No 141 of Bidadi police station through a notification issued on May 30, has stated that Nithya Dharmananda alias K Lenin should bear all the remuneration and salary of Jadhav. Incidentally, Jadhav has appeared for Lenin in the petitions filed by him.
