Cheating case against Nithy
Translation (read original Tamil article below):
Even when he is aware that his own Karmas are rising high against him, Nithyananda has started his dance/play thinking that he can get away from everything with the money power. This is statement from one of the CID’s enquiring Nithyananda’s case.
What the CID meant by play is the Guru Poornima hungama.
Nithy had made arrangements for the Gurupoornima program on a Sunday at the ashram. Gurupoornima is the day when the guru takes/ accepts the sins of devotees. For the guru who takes away their sins , devotees offer rice, dhal, and also currency, gold, diamond at gurus feet.
Before Ranjitha CD was released, 15 to 20 thousand people used to take part in this event [at Bidadi ashram]. At that time the offerings devotees made at Nithy’s feet used to amount to Rs. 50 crores. Nithyananda was basking in the grand celebration of this event. But this time, like political parties, he had to indulge in gathering people.
People were picked up in vans and other vehicles. People of Karnataka were paid and were picked up to attend this event. Communities like Vishwa Hindu parishad were also brought for the function. Even then then there were hardly 1500 people. The pada puja collection was also very dull. Though Nithy was very upset with this, he faked a joyful appearance.
Nithy was moving around in the ashram on a golden palanquin and was enjoying throwing chocolates at the ladies as usual.
The ashram’s mega lingam had kumbabishekam in 2009. After that, this Gurupoornima saw the kumbabishekam with 100 pots of milk and 100 pots of sandalwood water. All these were done to attract the media and they wanted this to be published in a big way.
Nithy’s disciples met the press in Chennai. At that time they were repeatedly saying that Nithy-ranji Cd was fake.
We (Nakeeran team) told the Bangalore CIDs that Nithy-Ranji CD is being denied by them on what grounds/ how dare?
CID says we met Ranjitha in Chennai and spoke to her for may hrs. It looks like she also got brainwashed from the ashram side . she kept repeating that its not her and she does not know about the CD and that she and Nithy had not done anything. But there is solid proof that the CD is original.
The CD will speak for itself in the court to prove that the disciples are wrong.
In the same way Nithy is repeatedly saying that, I have no property and business in my name: I am only a swami. All properties are in the ashram’s name’. ‘There are charges filed against Nithyananda in America’ said the CID.
We (Nakeeran team) again and again asked the CID for the details of the case filed in America. Nithyananda has two trusts in the name of Nithyananda yoga foundation and life bliss foundation. The amount that got collected got exemption from the tax as it was declared that the amount was for service.
Declaring himself as a sanyasi, he had fun with Ranjitha playing... and rolling with her in bed against sanyas principle. Same way he was declaring that he is a sanyasi and that there is no property in his name, no business in his name, everything is in the trust's name. But going against his own declaration, he was running a share market firm in America with some partners.
In the company named ‘ Nithyananda Capital Management’, Gopika’s husband Rajesh Krishnan was the MD and Shuping Lin is the partner. Along with them Nithyananda is also a partner with the name nithyananda swami. (please refer to the proof).
Like India’s share market fraud by Harshad Mehta, America’s ‘Nithyananda Capital Management’ where nithyananda is the manager, also is involved in too many frauds. The American police which has found this with all proofs is planning to bring Nithy to books/enquiry soon.
So, looks like Nithy’s worst karmas is not going to leave him easily.

அவர் ஆட்டம் என்று குறிப்பிட்டது நித்தி நடத்திய குரு பூர்ணிமா நிகழ்ச்சியை.
ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை அந்த நிகழ்ச்சியை தன் பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தார் நித்தி. குரு பூர்ணிமா என்பது பக்தர்களின் பாவங்களை குருவானவர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் வைபவம். இப்படி தங்கள் பாவ வினைகளை ஏற்கும் குருவிற்கு, பக்தர்கள்... அரிசி, பருப்பு முதலான தானியங்கள் தொடங்கி, கரன்ஸிகள், தங்க, வைர ஆபரணங்கள்வரை காணிக்கையாக செலுத்தி பாதபூஜை செய்வார்கள்.
ரஞ்சிதா சி.டி. வெளியாவதற்கு முன்... இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் 15-ல் இருந்து 20 ஆயிரம்பேர் வரை கலந்துகொள்வார்கள். அப்போது காணிக்கையாக... அங்கு வரும் பக்தர்கள் அத்தனைபேரும் நித்தியின் காலடியில் கொட்டும் காணிக்கையின் மதிப்பு 50 கோடி ரூபாய் அளவிற்குக் கூட இருக்கும். இப்படி கோலாகலமாக குருபூர்ணிமாவைக் கொண்டாடி வசூலில் திளைக்கும் நித்யானந்தா... இந்த முறை... சில அரசியல் கட்சிகளைப்போல ஆள்திரட்டும் வேலையில் இறங்கவேண்டியிருந்தது.
வாகனங்கள் மூலம் அங்கங்கே ஆட்கள் திரட்டப்பட்டனர். கர்நாடகா வைச் சேர்ந்த கிராம மக்கள் பலர் கூலிகொடுத்துக் கூட்டிவரப்பட்டனர். விஷ்வ ஹிந்து பரிஷத் போன்ற இந்து அமைப்பினர் சிலரும் தருவிக்கப்பட்டனர். அப்படி இருந்தும் 1500 பேரைத் தாண்டவில்லை. பாதாபிஷேக வசூலும் ரொம்பவே டல்லடித்தது. இதில் ரொம்பவே நித்தி அப்செட் ஆனாலும்... அடிக்கடி தான் உற்சாகமாக இருப்பதுபோல்... காட்டிக்கொண்டார். தங்கப் பல்லக்கில் ஏறி ஆசிரமத்துக்குள் ரவுண்ட் அடித்த நித்தி.. வழக்கம்போல் பெண்கள் மீது சாக்லெட்களை வீசியெறிந்து ஆனந்தப்பட்டார்.
ஆசிரமத்துக்குள் இருக்கும் மெஹா சைஸ் லிங்கமான வைத்திய சரோவர் லிங்கத்துக்கு 2009-ல்தான் கும்பாபிஷேகம் நடத்தப்பட்டது. இருந்தும் குரு பூர்ணிமா அன்றும் 100 குடம் பால், 100 குடம் சந்தனக் கரைசல் என பலவற்றாலும் கும்பாபிஷேகத்தை நடத்தினார்.
இதெல்லாம் பத்திரிகைகளில் பெரிதாக வரவேண்டும் என்பதற்காக நித்யாவின் சிஷ்யர்கள் சென்னையில் பத்திரிகையாளர்களைச் சந்தித்தனர். அப்போது நித்தி-ரஞ்சி சி.டி. போலியானது என்று திரும்பத் திரும்பச் சொன்னார் கள்.
நாம் பெங்களூர் சி.ஐ.டி. அதிகாரியிடம்... "நித்தி-ரஞ்சி சி.டி. காட்சிகளை மறுக்கிறார்களே... எந்த தைரியத்தில்?'' என்றோம்.
அவரோ, ""ரஞ்சிதாவையே சென்னையி லேயே வைத்து 8 மணிநேரம் விசாரித்தோம். அவர் ஆசிரமத் தரப்பால் சரி செய்யப்பட்டி ருக்கிறார். எனவேதான் "அந்த சி.டி. காட்சி பத்தி எனக்குத் தெரியாது... நானும் அவரும் எதுவும் பண்ணலை'ன்னு திரும்பத் திரும்ப சொன்னார். ஆனால் அது உண்மையான சி.டி.தான் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரங்கள் பலமாக இருக்கிறது. சிஷ்யர்கள் சொல்வது பொய் என்பது உரிய நேரத்தில் கோர்ட்டில் சி.டி. பேசும். அதேபோல் "என் பெயரில் சொத்துக்களோ பிஸ்னஸோ இல்லை. நான் வெறும் சாமியார்தான். எல்லாச் சொத்துக்களுமே ஆசிரமத்தின் பேரில்தான் இருக்கு' என அடிக்கடி சொல்லிக்கொள்ளும் நித்யானந்தா மீது அமெரிக்காவில் மோசடி வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கிறது''’என்றார் அழுத்தம் திருத்தமாய்.
அது என்ன மோசடி வழக்கு என்று நாம் துருவத்தொடங்கி னோம்..
நித்யானந்தாவோ அமெரிக்காவில் நித்யா யோக ஃபவுண் டேசன், லைட் ப்ளஸ் ஃபவுண்டேசன் என்கிற பெயர்களில் அறக்கட்டளைகளைத் தொடங்கியிருக்கிறார். இந்த அறக்கட்டளைகள் பொதுமக்களின் சேவைக்காக என்று சொல்லி... அறக்கட்டளைக் குக் குவியும் நிதிகளுக்கு வரிவிலக்கும் பெற்றிருக்கிறார்.
இது ஒருபக்கம் என்றால்... தன்னை சந்நியாசி என்று சொல்லிக்கொண்டு எப்படி ரஞ்சிதாவை படுக்கையில் உருட்டி விளையாடி... சந்நியாசத்துக்கு எதிராக நடந்துகொண்டாரோ... அதேபோல்... ‘"என் பெயரில் எந்த சொத்துக்களும் நிறுவனங்களும் இல்லை. எல்லாமே ஆசிரம அறக்கட்டளையின் பெயரில்தான் இருக் கிறது. நான் ஒரு துறவி'’ என்று எல்லா இடங்களிலும் தன்னைப் பற்றி சுத்தமானவராக அறிவித்துக்கொள்ளும் நித்யானந்தா... தன் அறிவிப்பிற்கு மாறாக அமெரிக்காவில் ஒரு ஷேர் மார்க்கெட் நிறுவனத்தையே பார்ட்னர்களுடன் சேர்ந்து நடத்திக்கொண்டி ருக்கிறார்.
"நித்யானந்தா கேப்பிட்டல் மேனேஜ்மெண்ட்'’ என்ற பெயரிலான இந்த ஷேர் மார்க்கெட் கம்பெனியில் மேனேஜர்களாக (எம்.டி) கோபிகாவின் கணவரான ராஜேஷ் கிருஷ்ணன், சுப்பிங்லின் ஆகியோரோடு ’ஸ்ரீ நித்யானந்தா சுவாமி’ என்ற பெயரில்... இந்த நித்தியும் இருக்கிறார். (ஆதாரம் காண்க:)
இந்தியாவில் பங்கு மார்க்கெட் பிஸ்னஸில் ஹர்ஷத் மேத்தா பண்ணிய கோல்மால்கள் போல்... அமெரிக்காவில் நித்யானந்தா மேனேஜராக இருந்து நடத்திவரும் இந்த ஷேர்மார்க்கெட் கம்பெனியிலும் ஏகப்பட்ட ஃபிராடுத்தனங்கள் அரங்கேறியிருக்கிறது. இதை ஆதாரத்தோடு கண்டுபிடித்திருக்கும் அமெரிக்கப் போலீஸ்... நித்தியை தனது விசாரணை வளையத்துக்குள் விரைவில் கொண்டுவர இருக்கிறது என்கிறது அமெரிக்கத் தரப்பு..
ஆக, நித்தியின் மோசமான கர்மவினைகள் அவரை லேசில் விடாது போலிருக்கிறது

ஒவ்வொரு வினாடியும் துடித்துப் போகிறோம்-நித்யானந்தா பக்தர்கள் சனிக்கிழமை, ஜூலை 31, 2010, 11:45[IST]
சென்னை: நாங்கள் இழந்த சமூக பாதுகாப்பையும், மத உரிமைகளையும் மீட்டுத்தர காவல்துறையும், அரசும் உதவ வேண்டும் என்று நித்யானந்தாவின் பக்தர்கள் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளனர்.
இது குறித்து தமிழ்நாடு [^] தியான பீட பக்தர்கள் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளதாவது:
நித்யானந்தர் ஒரு தனி நபர் அல்ல, பல லட்சம் குடும்பங்களின் உயிர்நாடி. எங்களின் மீது நடந்தேறியிருப்பது மாபெரும் மதத் தாக்குதல் [^]. மனிதாபிமானம் துளியும் இல்லாமல் கொடூரமான உணர்வு படுகொலைகள் நடந்தேறியிருக்கிறது.
நித்யானந்தரையும், தியான பீட பக்தர்களாகிய எங்களையும் உண்மைக்கு புறம்பான முறையில் ஒட்டு மொத்த சமூகமும் விமர்சிக்கும் அளவிற்கு சமூக விரோதிகள் செய்த திட்டமிட்ட சதி எங்களை பலவிதமான சித்ரவதைகளுக்கு உள்ளாக்கியிருக்கிறது. இது தடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
எங்களின் குழந்தைகளும், பெண்களும் சாலையில் நடக்க முடியவில்லை. நிம்மதியாக பள்ளி சென்று திரும்ப முடியவில்லை. வேலை செய்யும் இடங்களில் கூட நாங்கள் படும் கஷ்டங்கள் படுமோசமானவையே.
யோகா, தியானம், பூஜை, மாலை, காப்பு அனிதல் போன்ற எங்களின் அடிப்படை உரிமைகள் பறிக்கப்படுகின்றன. நாங்கள் மைனாரிட்டியாக வாழும் சமூகம் என்பதால் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நாங்கள் செத்து பிழைக்கிறோம். எங்களின் மத ஆன்மீக உணர்வுகளை பறிக்க யாருக்கும் உரிமை கிடையாது.
பல வருடங்களுக்கு முன் பிடிவாரண்டு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் சுற்றிக் கொண்டிருந்த, லெனின் கருப்பன் தந்த ஆதாரமற்ற குற்றச்சாட்டுகளுக்கு போர் கால முக்கியத்துவம் தரப்பட்டது. ஆதாரங்கள் எதுவும் இல்லை என்ற நிலையிலும் நிரபாரதி நித்யானந்தரை குற்றவாளியாகவே சமூகம் பார்க்க வைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
இரண்டும் எங்களின் இதயத்தை கிழிக்கும் செயல்கள். சேவையையும், ஆன்மீகத்தையும் அடிப்படையாக கொண்ட எங்களின் வாழ்வு எங்களுக்கு திரும்ப கிடைக்க வேண்டும்.
இதனால் லட்சக்கணக்கான பக்தர்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். அஹிம்சையை கடைபிடிக்கும் லட்சக்கணக்கான தமிழ் வாழ்பக்தர்கள், கயமைத்தனம் மிக்க இந்த நவீன வன்முறை [^] தாக்குதலால் பாதிக்கப்படுகிறோம். எங்களின் புனிததன்மை மீண்டும் உலகிற்கு சொல்லப்பட வேண்டும்.
எங்களின் வாழ்வின் ஆதாரமான குருநாதர் அவமதிக்கப்படும் ஒவ்வொரு வினாடியும் துடித்துப் போகிறோம்.
நாங்கள் இழந்த சமூக பாதுகாப்பையும், மத உரிமைகளையும் மீட்டுத்தர காவல்துறையும், அரசும் உதவும்படி வேண்டுகிறோம். சதிகாரர்களின் முகத்திரையை கிழித்து, நாங்கள் வாழ வழி செய்ய வேண்டுகிறோம். எங்களுடைய மத உணர்வுகள் தாக்கப்படுவதையும் வன்மையாக கண்டிக்கிறோம்.
எங்களின் குலத்தையும், குருவையும் அவமதிப்பதை ஒரு கணமும் பொறுக்க முடியாது என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அட்டு மந்தைகளே ரஞ்சிதா வை போட்டது உண்மையா இல்லையா நேரடியான கேள்வி அவனிடம் கேளுங்கள் அதை விட்டுவிட்டு அவன் பின்னல் சுத்தி களத்தை விரயம் செய்யாமல் வேறு வேலை பாருங்கள்

Why not either Nithyanandha or his followers file a case against the channel which telecasted the incident, if they feel it is framed up? The tape, was proved to be a genuine one!!!

நித்தியானந்த செய்தது நம்பிக்கை துரோகம் இதை மூடி மறைப்பது உங்களை போன்ற பக்தர்களுக்கு அழகல.இதில் மதத்தை சம்மந்த படுத்துவது எந்த விதத்தில் நியாயம்.லெனின் கருப்பன் ஒரு நியாயத்தை தர்மத்தை தான் வெளியில் சொன்னார்.உங்கள் குரு தான் அவரை தர்மனந்தா என்று அழைத்தார்??இப்போ அழுது என்ன லாபம்??

நீங்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட அந்த இரண்டு பேருமே தங்கள் மதங்களுக்கு மாறு செய்தவர்கள் தான். இஸ்லாம் தர்கா வழிபாடை ஒருபோதும் அனுமதித்ததில்லை.ஹிந்து மதம் சொல்லும் துரவிஹளுக்கான தர்மத்தை நித்தி கடைபிடிக்கவில்லை. ஆகவே இந்த இருவர் ப[ஆற்றியும் விமர்சனம் செய்பவர்கள் மதத்தை விட்டு விமர்சனம் செய்யுங்கள். மேலும் தாங்கள் மசூதி என்று குறிப்பிட்டு இருப்பது தவறு. தர்கா என்றே குறிப்பிடவேண்டும் இந்த குழப்பத்திற்கு காரணம் நிச்சயமாக தர்கவாதிகலே.தங்கள் சுய லாபத்திற்காக அவர்கள் காட்டிய தவறான வழிக்கு இறைவனிடத்தில் தண்டனை. ...

This is ridiculous. Nithi is "porambokku" and his follwers are "Guuuja Thooki". All his follwers are fraud, Mudichuvki, mullamari..... If his follwers reaaly want to do good things, then they are many charities out there to help poor people. or help needy and poor people directly.

நியாயமான கோரிக்கைத்தான்.இந்த புனிதமான சாமியாரின் ஆன்மிக சேவைமட்டும்தான் இந்த பக்த கேடிகளுக்கு முக்கியம் என்றால், இந்த சாமியாரின் சாமானை நல்லதொரு சர்ஜன் கொண்டு அறுத்து நீக்கி விட்டு பின்பு ஆன்மீகம் தொடர இந்த சாமியும்,ஜால்ரா கொட்டும் ஆசாமிகளும் முன்வர வேண்டும். தயாரா?

மனிதனுக்கு ஆறு அறிவு படைக்க பட்டது எதனால்? இவ்வளவு தெளிவாக இந்த காம சாமியாரின் குட்டை உடைத்த பிறகும் பக்தர்கள் இவனுக்காக வக்காலத்து வாங்குவது பெரும் அதிர்ச்சியும், வருத்தமும் அடைய செய்கின்றது. இவன் பக்தர்கள் சோறு தான் தின்கிண்டார்களா இல்லை வேறு ஏதாவது உண்ணுகிறார்கள என்ற கேள்வி என்னை கேட்க தூண்டுகிறது. ஒரு பெரியார் கண்டிப்பாக உருவாக வேண்டும் இவனை போன்ற அயோக்கியர்களை ஒழிக்க, மக்கள் கொஞ்சமாவது சிந்திக்க தொடங்க வேண்டும். எந்த மதத்திலும் மனித சாமியார்கள் இல்லை என்ற உணர்வு வரவேண்டும் மக்களுக்கு

நித்தி வாழ்க, ரஞ்சிதா வாழ்க , மொளவிகா வாழ்க நாடு ரொம்ப நல்ல இருக்கும் இந்த நல்ல! சாமியார்கள் இருக்கும் வரை நாம் இந்திய நல்ல இருக்கும் யாரும் கவலை படவேன்டம், சாமியார்கள் இருப்பது அரசிய வாதிகளுக்கு ரொம்ப நல்லது கருப்பு பணத்தை பாதுகாக்க சாமியார்கள் மடம், வங்கியைவிட , ரொம்ப பாதுகாப்பு.

நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா மீண்டும் ஆசிரமத்திற்கு வந்தால் அனுமதிப்போம், வரவேற்போம் என்று சென்னையில் நித்யானந்தா சீடர்கள் கூறினார்கள்.
அகில இந்திய தியான முகாம்களின் மகா ஆச்சாரியார் ஸ்ரீநித்ய ஞானானந்தா, தமிழ்நாடு நித்யானந்த தியானபீட செயல் தலைவர் ஸ்ரீநித்ய சர்வானந்தா ஆகியோர் நேற்று நிருபர்களுக்கு பேட்டியளித்தனர். அப்போது அவர்கள் கூறியதாவது:-
கடந்த 25-ந் தேதி பெங்களூர் ஆசிரமத்தில் நடந்த குரு பூர்ணிமா விழாவில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான பக்தர்கள் பங்கேற்று நித்யானந்தாவிடம் ஆசி பெற்றனர். கடந்த 4 மாதங்களாக நித்யானந்த தியான பீடமும், நித்யானந்தாவும் உண்மைக்கு புறம்பான முறையில் விமர்சிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். அகிம்சையை
கடைபிடியுங்கள் அமைதியாக இருங்கள், தர்மம் வென்றே தீரும் என்று எங்கள் நித்யானந்தா சொன்ன ஒரு வார்த்தைக்காக கடந்த காலக்கட்டங்களில் அமைதியாக இருந்தோம். ஆனால், தனியார் டி.வி. ஒன்றில் எங்கள் குருநாதர் மனம் புண்படும் வகையில் போலி சாமியார் என்று செய்தி ஒளிபரப்பானது.
குரு பூர்ணிமா விழாவில் கணவர்-குழந்தையோடு பங்கேற்ற எங்களது பக்தர் நடிகை மாளவிகாவை கொச்சைப்படுத்தி செய்தி ஒளிபரப்பினார்கள். இதை கண்டிக்கிறோம்.
எங்களை காட்சி பொருளாகவும், வியாபார பொருளாகவும் ஆக்கிவிட வேண்டாம். நித்யானந்தாவை பற்றி கூறும் அவதூறுகள் எங்களுடைய வாழ்க்கையை நேரடியாக பாதிக்கின்றன. நித்யானந்தா மீது அவதூறு செய்திகள் பரப்பியோர் மீது சட்டரீதியாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க தயாராக இருக்கிறோம். நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கப்போகிறோம். இதற்காக சட்ட வல்லுனர்களுடன் கலந்தாலோசித்து வருகிறோம்.
அதன் பின்னர் நிருபர்கள் கேட்ட கேள்விகளும், அதற்கு அவர்கள் அளித்த பதில்கள் விவரம் வருமாறு:-

கேள்வி: ரஞ்சிதா கடைசியாக எப்போது ஆசிரமத்துக்கு வந்தார்?
பதில்: நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவை கடைசியாக கடந்த ஜனவரி மாதம் ஆசிரமத்தில் பார்த்து உள்ளோம்.

பெங்களூடர் பிடுதியில் உள்ள நித்தியானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமத்தில் ஞாயிற்றுக் கிழமை குரு பூர்ணிமா விழா சிறப்பாகக் கொண்டாடப்பட்டதாம். இதற்காக காலை ஆறு மணிக்கு அக்னி வளையத்துக்குள் பஞ்ச தபதி யாகத்தை நித்தி நடத்தினாராம். குளத்திலுள்ள 21 அடி லிங்கத்திற்கு அபிஷோகம், நித்தியாவை பக்தர்கள் பல்லக்கில் தூக்கிவந்தது என எல்லா எழவுகளும் திவ்யமாக நடந்தனவாம்.
அப்போது பக்தர்கள் நடனமாட, நித்தி ஆசிர்வாதம் வழங்க, போன்ற கூத்துக்களெல்லாம் முடிந்து, நித்தி பேசியதில் சில ஹைலைட்ஸ்:
“என் மீதான பாலியல் புகாரைத் தொடர்ந்து என்னை காமசாமி, செக்ஸ் சாமியார் என விமரிசிக்கிறார்கள். இந்த விமரிசனங்களால் நான் மனம் நொந்து போக மாட்டேன். அதற்காக கவலைப்படமாட்டேன். மகான் ராமகிருஷ்ண பரமஹம்சரையே பலர் பலவாறு விமரிசனம் செய்தார்கள். குற்றம் சாட்டினார்கள். அதற்கெல்லாம் அவர் கவலைப்படவில்லை. நானும் கவலைப்படப்போவதில்லை.”
“நான் ராம்நகர் சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டு இருந்த போது, கைதிகள் என்னிடம் ஆசிர்வாதம் பெற்றனர். ஒரு கைதிஎன்னிடம் சாமி எனக்கு எப்போது விடுதலை கிடைக்கும் என்று கேட்டார். விரைவில் கிடைக்குமென்றேன். அதன்படி எனக்கு முன்பாக அவருக்க ஜாமின் கிடைத்து விடுதலையானார்.”
தப்பு செய்து மாட்டிக் கொண்டவர்கள் யாருக்கும் இத்தனை திமிர், தெனாவெட்டு இருக்குமா என்பது சந்தேகம். ஜெயலலிதா கூட வளர்ப்பு மகன் ஆடம்பர திருமணத்திற்கு பின்னர் அவர் வீட்டில் கோடிக்கணக்கில் நகைகள் கைப்பற்றப்பட்ட பின்னர் இனி சாகும் வரை நகை அணியமாட்டேன் என்று டிராமாவாவது போடுகிறார். ஆனால் இந்த நித்தியோ எந்த சுவடும் இல்லாமல் சகஜமாக இயங்க ஆரம்பித்து விட்டார்.
நித்தியானந்தா விவகாரம் வெளிவந்த உடன் அண்ணன் தமிழ்ச்செல்வன் போன்ற நல்லெண்ண மனிதாபிமானிகள் நித்தியை பாலியல் தேவைகளுக்காக தவிக்கும் இளைஞனாய், மகனாய் பார்த்தார்கள். வேறு சிலரும் அதே கோணத்தில் பரிசீலித்தார்கள். இளவயதில் பிரபலம், எல்லா டைப் பிரபலங்களும் காலில் விழுவது, ஆயிரக்கணக்கான கோடி சொத்து, ஆடம்பர வாழ்க்கை என்று வாழும் ஒருவன் வர்க்கமென்ற வகையில் மேட்டுக்குடி பொறுக்கியாகத்தான் இருப்பான். இதைப் புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியாத அளவுக்கு அண்ணன் தமிழ்ச்செல்வன் வர்க்க ஆய்வில் ரொம்பவும் வீக் என்று தெரிகிறது.
அப்போது ஒரு வெளிநாட்டு நண்பர் ஒருவர் ஒரு ஆலோசனையை போராட்ட முறையாகச் சொன்னார். அதன்படி நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவை மணம் செய்ய வேண்டுமென நித்தியை வற்புறுத்தி போராட வேண்டுமாம். அவரிடம் சொன்னோம், “ நண்பரே இந்தப் பட்டியிலில் ரஞ்சிதா மட்டும் சிக்கியிருக்கிறார், இன்னும் பலர் இருக்கிறார்கள், அவர்கள் அனைவரையும் மணம் செய்து கொள்வது சாத்தியமில்லையே?”. அத்துடன் நண்பர் யதார்த்தத்தை புரிந்து கொண்டு அமைதியானார்.
பாலியில் பிரச்சினையில் சாதாரணமானவன் தவறு செய்வதைப் போன்று நித்தியும் இருப்பார் என்பதுதான் இத்தகைய மனிதாபிமானத்தின் ஊற்று மூலமாக இருக்கிறது. பாலியல் விசயங்களை நாம் அணுகுவது போல மேட்டுக்குடியினர், சாமியார்கள், திரையுலகினர் அணுகமாட்டார்கள். அதனால் நித்தியை வெறுமனே இச்சைக்காக தவிக்கும் அப்பாவி இளைஞனாக கருத முடியாது. அதனால்தான் இப்போது நித்தி தெனாவெட்டாக பேசுகிறார்.

மேலும் விவேகானந்தர் ஆரம்பித்த ராமகிருஷ்ண மடம் துவங்கி எல்லா மடத்திலும் செக்ஸ் முறைகேடுகள் வழமையாக மாறிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் போது அந்த மடத்து சீடர்களும் நித்தி இப்படி ஒப்பீடு செய்வதை எதிர்க்க முடியாது. ஆனாலும் ராமகிருஷ்ணரோடு ஒரு மூன்றாந்தர சாமியார் தன்னை ஒப்பிட்டுக் கூறுவதை நம்மைப் போன்ற நாத்திகர்களாலேயே சகிக்க முடியவில்லை.

Bangalore: A criminal complaint was on Monday filed against Karuppa Lenin, who claimed to have shot a sleaze video purportedly featuring self-styled godman Paramahamsa Nithyananda and an actress.
Police registered the complaint after receiving Nithyananda’s approval.
K Yogesh, an advocate and devotee of Nithyananda, lodged the complaint with the Bidadi police, accusing Lenin of trespassing into the godman’s spiritual headquarters, Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, in Bidadi.
Lenin had on March 4 this year lodged a complaint against Nithyananda with the Chennai police commissioner, accusing his former spiritual leader and employer of several criminal acts, including rape. Lenin was previously working as Nithyananda’s driver.
In his complaint, Yogesh said Lenin’s actions amounted to an “offence against the society” and forgery under Section 39 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Section 456 of the Indian Penal Code, respectively. The complainant further said that the former driver, being an offender himself, had no locus standi to lodge a complaint against Nithyananda.
Lenin had earlier claimed to be behind capturing the controversial visuals, using a hidden video camera in Nithyananda’s bedroom.
The visuals were telecast by a private television channel on March 2.
Incidentally, the Bidadi police had initially refused to register the complaint on Saturday.
After Yogesh had approached them, the police reportedly contacted the ashram. Nithyananda had earlier told the police that he would protect his interests, and his devotees need not be entertained in the controversial case.
Following the police’s denial to register the case, the advocate approached the director-general of police, Ajai Kumar Singh, and senior officers in Bidadi, including the deputy superintendent and the superintendent of police.
Several city-based advocates too supported Yogesh.
The police registered the complaint only after receiving expert legal opinion, which ran into 20 pages.
With the complaint being registered, Lenin would now face investigation, and perhaps, even arrest.
“It is practically impossible for the law to forgive Lenin for his act of criminal trespass. Since Lenin himself has admitted to the same, nothing remains for the police, except to arrest him, record his statement and prosecute him for his acts,” Yogesh, a resident ofByadarahalli, told this newspaper.

Bangalore: A criminal complaint was on Monday filed against Karuppa Lenin, who claimed to have shot a sleaze video purportedly featuring self-styled godman Paramahamsa Nithyananda and an actress.
Police registered the complaint after receiving Nithyananda’s approval.
K Yogesh, an advocate and devotee of Nithyananda, lodged the complaint with the Bidadi police, accusing Lenin of trespassing into the godman’s spiritual headquarters, Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, in Bidadi.
Lenin had on March 4 this year lodged a complaint against Nithyananda with the Chennai police commissioner, accusing his former spiritual leader and employer of several criminal acts, including rape. Lenin was previously working as Nithyananda’s driver.
In his complaint, Yogesh said Lenin’s actions amounted to an “offence against the society” and forgery under Section 39 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Section 456 of the Indian Penal Code, respectively. The complainant further said that the former driver, being an offender himself, had no locus standi to lodge a complaint against Nithyananda.
Lenin had earlier claimed to be behind capturing the controversial visuals, using a hidden video camera in Nithyananda’s bedroom.
The visuals were telecast by a private television channel on March 2.
Incidentally, the Bidadi police had initially refused to register the complaint on Saturday.
After Yogesh had approached them, the police reportedly contacted the ashram. Nithyananda had earlier told the police that he would protect his interests, and his devotees need not be entertained in the controversial case.
Following the police’s denial to register the case, the advocate approached the director-general of police, Ajai Kumar Singh, and senior officers in Bidadi, including the deputy superintendent and the superintendent of police.
Several city-based advocates too supported Yogesh.
The police registered the complaint only after receiving expert legal opinion, which ran into 20 pages.

பெங்களூர் : சாமியார் நித்யானந்தா வழக்கில் முக்கிய சாட்சியாக கருதப்படும் நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா சென்னை வந்து விட்டாரா என்பதை அறிய, அவருடைய வீட்டை கர்நாடக சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசார் கண்காணிக்கின்றனர்.
சாமியார் நித்யானந்தாவுடன் நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா நெருக்கமாக இருந்த வீடியோ காட்சிகள் வெளியானதைத் தொடர்ந்து, அவர் தலைமறைவாகி விட்டார். மோசடி, பாலியல் பலாத்காரம் உட்பட பல்வேறு புகார்களுக்காக கைது செய்யப்பட்டு 52 நாட்கள் கர்நாடக சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டு இருந்த நித்யானந்தா, சில வாரங்களுக்கு முன்பு ஜாமீனில் விடுவிக்கப்பட்டார். அவர் மீதான வழக்கில் கர்நாடக சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசார் குற்றப்பத்திரிக்கை தயார் செய்து வருகின்றனர்.
இந்த வழக்கில் ரஞ்சிதாவின் வாக்குமூலம் முக்கியத்துவம் பெற்றுள்ளது. அதனால், அவரிடம் வாக்குமூலம் பெற கர்நாடக சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசார் முயன்று வருகின்றனர். விசாரணைக்கு ஆஜராகும்படி போலீசார் அவருக்கு பலமுறை நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்பியும் பதில் இல்லை. கேரளாவில் உள்ள உறவினர் வீட்டில் அவர் பதுங்கி இருப்பதாக தகவல் கிடைத்து அங்கு சென்ற போலீஸ் படை, வெறும் கையுடன் திரும்பியது.
இந்த நிலையில், சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசார் அனுப்பிய நோட்டீசுக்கு கடந்த மாதம் ரஞ்சிதா அனுப்பிய பதிலில், உடல் நலம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு அமெரிக்காவில் உள்ள உறவினர் வீட்டில் தங்கி இருப்பதாகவும், சில மாதங்களில் நேரில் வந்து வாக்குமூலம் கொடுப்பதாகவும் கூறியிருந்தார். சமீபத்தில் அவர் சென்னைக்கு வந்து விட்டதாக தகவல் வெளியானது.

Karnataka High Court on Thursday directed the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to furnish all material pertaining to investigation of Swami Nithyananda, who is facing charges of rape.
While hearing a criminal petition filed by Nithyananda, Justice Arali Nagaraj directed K N Yogappa, investigating officer of the CID, to be present in court on July 15 and directed him to furnish the details of investigation material.
Nithyananda has sought direction to prosecute his former disciple K Lenin for filing a false complaint against him.
Nithyananda's counsel argued that Lenin's conduct attracted offence under section 182 of the IPC as he provided false information to the police and claimed to have shot a video footage that aired by television channels. This action of Lenin was intended to cause injury and annoyance to Nithyananda, the counsel argued. The CD provided by Lenin was fabricated with the help of accomplices, he said.
The petition filed by Nithyananda also says Lenin kept a camera in Nithyananda's room without his consent and this act was done deliberately and with malicious intent to outrage the religious feeling of Hindus in the world at large.
Without looking into the facts of the case, the prosecution was carried away by media reports and filed a case against Nithyananda, the counsel said.
A few disciples of Nithyananda filed an application in the High Court seeking direction to implead them as respondents in the petition filed by Nithyananda.
The disciples are seeking relaxation of conditions of the bail granted to Nithyananda by the high court.

Lenin (Dharmananda) appeals to victims of Nithyananda
This is an appeal to all those who have been a victim of Nithyananda – any kind of victim, including a victim of his fraud, his deception, financial cheating, his lies, his physical abuse, his verbal abuse, his mental abuse and his sexual abuse!
You have been watching the Nithyananda case with interest from the day the scandal broke out. As a victim you know that everything I have said about Nithyananda is true, it is not a conspiracy or baseless allegations as Nithyananda and his team has projected it to be. Maybe Nithyananda can fool the general public by pretending to be a great saint, and he can pay enough local leaders to give public statements supporting him and his (greedy) mission.
But YOU know that I am speaking the truth! And I am speaking for each and every victim, including those of you who are still brainwashed to stay in the organization and support Nithyananda.
You (as a victim) know that Nithyananda is NOT a saint; he is not even a good human being! You know how much he lies about everything. He claims he is innocent because no victim has complained against him. But YOU know that he is guilty. He told the CID he is not a man and that he is impotent. But if you were a victim of his sexual abuse, then you (& maybe even your family) know that this is a complete lie! You know that he has abused the trust of thousands of disciples and devotees who trusted him with their lives. We trusted that he will guide us on the right path to live a very dharmic spiritual life, but in reality he just used his position (of power) as a guru and abused our trust in him. You and I know families that have realized this shocking truth and are grieving for justice. I know that you and other victims like you are reading this blog regularly. So at least now please join this fight for justice and truth.
I have done my best to expose the real Nithyananda to the world, with the single intention of stopping the adharma (of his immoral actions and deceptions). The police are doing their best to bring justice and to help the victims. But the police and the law cannot make Nithyananda pay for his wrongdoings without the help of the victims!
It is time for YOU as a victim to join this fight and put an end to all the lies that Nithyananda and his organization are perpetrating. If you don’t take any action now, you can be sure that he will continue to play with words and legal loopholes. Not only will he escape from the law, but he will also continue to claim that he is not guilty of any wrongdoing simply because nobody complained against him. He will continue to exploit and abuse more people in the future. Now, there are approximately 40 victims from his abuses (there may be more!), but if he continues his mission, it will become 400 or maybe even 4000 in the future!
You can see clearly how he is building his political support and connections for a more secure future. If you are afraid to speak up now against him, surely in the future it will be even harder to stop him. Nithyananda knows that if he repeats a lie 100 times then soon people will start believing his lie to be the truth! It worked for Hitler in Nazi Germany, and Nithyananda will make it work for him too. There is not much difference between Hitler and Nithyananda if you think about it. At least Hitler was an obvious dictator and there was no deception, but Nithyananda is a cunning wolf in the disguise of a sheep!
You and I both know very well all the brainwashing he has done over the years (and continues to do now) to make us doubt our rational intelligence, questioning mind and even our own conscience – by calling it all a mind game of our ego, and by convincing us that as spiritual seekers we must drop our rational mind (basic intelligence) to achieve enlightenment. In the name of ‘guru bhakti’ or devotion to the master, he has told us never to question him, to blindly accept everything he says, and made us tell many lies and do many things that we know clearly is against our own conscience.
We have all made mistakes by accepting him as God or ultimate guru and blindly following him. At least now, you can choose to trust your god-given intelligence and your own sense of dharma (right and wrong actions). I understand you are afraid to speak up against Nithyananda because you know very well that he will try his best to shut you up by hook or crook (by preying on your fears or even paying money)! We know he will stoop to any level to save himself from going to jail and paying for all his wrong actions! Being a silent spectator may save you for some time. But if you really want to save yourself and many others (future victims) like you, please choose the right action of coming forward and complaining against Nithyananda.

After Nithyananda’s release on bail, DGP posted the following on the social networking site: “Swami Nithyananda got bail. In his complaint Shri Lenin accused the swami of rape, unnatural sex, criminal intimidation and hurting religious sentiments.
Despite our best efforts, not a single ‘victim’ has come to us stating that the swamiji had unnatural sex with him/her or raped her. We got some emails from persons living abroad but they have not provided any evidence”.
He also wrote, “Why can’t you people motivate the ‘victims’ of swamiji to come out and give statements to us? So long as they keep quiet, what can the investigation do? The women in the tapes should depose that they were victimised. So far, this has not happened.” He also said that the probe into irregularities in funds was on.
The DGP’s rather innovative methods has had comments coming thick and fast on Facebook, some filled with contempt, some sympathetic.
Swami or minister?
Harsha Raju wrote that the Swami had gone on record to say that he was neither a man nor a swami. “The CID has no evidence against him, it seems. What is a video tape, then? If he was not guilty, why was he hiding then? I guess this is India. Same will be the case with Halappa (former BJP minister) — he will also come out on bail as no evidence will be found against him also. And people who call themseleves his devotees will be happy — wow! Time to become a swami or a minister...”
Paisa bolta hai
Vishal Diggewadi was contemptous about a corrupt system. “Paisa bolta hai India me, paisa feko tamasha dhekho, Everything happens for money. Pay millions in India and do anything, you will get bail. Or else have links with big ministers... hmmm... I agree ...India is great... someone said if you don’t belive in God, come to India... only God can run this country.”
However, the DGP’s post did find some sympathetic Facebookers. Radhe Shyam said the bail was not unexpected. “It was question of when rather than whether. No wonder, public opinion has softened its stand on the swamiji’s deeds. And if some sensational news surfaces, this swami will go free. Yes, the police are the victims of low conviction rates and all their efforts [will go in vain] with such judgments. But still, the police will have to work within the system.”
Writing in a similar vein, Anita Mendonca Mathias said, “Let us work towards forming a better and less corrupt system.”
The DGP also found a staunch supporter in Anoop S N who wrote, “This is happening because of us... not because of the money... not because of the police... not because of the system. We have developed this culture! We have no b***ls to fight for justice and we blame the system for everything. And so-called society, they will screw the lady who comes forward against the swami :( . And they might even worship the swami again.”
Anoop backs Guruprasad to the hilt, saying, “Don’t give up, sir... there is always hope... all this crap will go away when a generation awakes!” And then comes a word of advice for the top cop: “DGP CID, sir, pinpointing the issue will not work... you should try and restore faith in the police... only then will people desist from writing emails from a fake account. Facebook is a good step but caters to a small set of people. Only criminals should be scared of the police, not other people!”
And then, surprise, surprise, Shweta Srinivas rooted for the swami: “You can never believe in demigods... afterall they are also human... so no harm in them acting as one.”
Guruprasad, for his part, said he had created the Facebook account to be “people-friendly”.
“Whenever possible, I try to solve problems. The idea of this site is to make people aware of what we are doing at the CID and to take their help in solving the cases we are investigating”.

Swami Nithyananda: purification, tribulation and trial

Nithyananda claims not to have done anything wrong, yet he decided to carry out a ´sacrifice´(tapas) for “self-purification” (Source)
Why this (absurd) ritual so if he was so pure and innocent already? Note that even the fame-seeking charlatan Indian guru, Ravi Shankar (i.e. not the wonderful musician!) claims that Swami Nityananda has “violated UNAIDS guidelines as well as the rules of tantra.” ´The rules of tantra`… is a good one in that lawless sphere of human life! Nonetheless, Nithyananda´s violations and lies are nothing – a comparative fleabite compared to those of Sathya Sai Baba (see full documentation here and in this blog)
The Karnataka High Court ordered the de-freezing of Swami Nithyananda´s accounts, but the judge – Justice Gunjal – directed Nithyananda to cooperate with the CID in its investigation. (Source)
Comment: So far Nithyananda has not cooperated but told the CID that he remembers nothing and was in a trance while the video was made (in which he is seen with Ranjita on a bed and clearly watching Indian TV entertainment). No doubt, Nithyananda could not deny it was himself, so tried to writhe out by his preposterous trance claim.
“Swamiji has said that the video is a morphed one and blames one of his inmates Premananda alias Lenin Karuppan, for the morphing of his face with the idea of defaming him.” (Source)
The Indian CID are investigating Swami Nithyananda´s laptop computer and also the microchip on which the infamous video was captured. A full report will be made, and we will see that Nithyananda´s claim is false. But then this impostor is notable for the degree of pathetic worming denials and self-contradictory ‘explanations’, for example:-
“Yes, I am in the video. And I am not running away from the law. I was in a trance when the video was shot. Give me a chance to explain myself” Swami said. (Source)
Then he claimed that the video captured “only the experiments with Tamil actress Ranjita.”(Source)
Now, tapasya could land Nithyananda in prison
Bangalore: Self-styled godman Nithyananda Swami has courted fresh trouble for allegedly using kerosene meant for poor families during his meditation for penance.” “Officials of the food and civil supplies department on Wednesday seized 180 litres of blue kerosene stored at the ashram. “This is an offence under the Essential Commodities Act,” commissioner HR Srinivasa told PTI. Blue kerosene, available under the public distribution system, is meant only for BPL ration card holders and those holding above-poverty line (APL) cards but possess no LPG connection, he said.
“Cases have now been booked against Nithyananda at Bidadi police station under sections six and seven of the Essential Commodities Act,” Srinivasa said. If convicted, he faces a maximum punishment of seven years’ rigorous imprisonment, with penalty.
The seizure came in the wake of photographs showing disciples pouring blue kerosene for a ring of fire, within which Nithyananda sat in meditation. (See image above)

I take my hats off to you for bring out the TRUTH. We were serving him for a period of Nine months and within that time frame, we were able to Study, the Charater of Nithyananda and his so called Swamis and Swaminis. They stayed in our home and they all behaved very badly, using that orange robe. I have questioned one of them, there after I was in his bad books. I am writing this from Canada.
I was not able to connect to Nithyananda, when I saw his for the first time In Canada 2009. I regret now for going full force to do his mission. Many people who wanted to have the greed to be coordinators, bad month me and my husband. We worked for the people, never for Nithyananda, as we are the ones bringing the people in and so, we need to give them honest teachings; and we did BUT many a times I have questioned about unnecessary charges for sick kids( coming in for 2 minutes for blessings) for Kalpatharu and also $300.00 for Mantar intiation by one of his Rogue Swami(Gopal). We were able to see that they were just after money and they only liked rich people.Good work, Lenin.
