Allahabad, Feb 4: Normally stoic Indians are in a mood to challenge established views and those harming values. And Swami Nithyananda is one of those tasting the wrath of people. the controversial godman's visit to Kumbh Mela is being opposed by the pilgrims. 

Nithyananda is expected to reach Kumbh mela township today (Feb 4) and stay at the holy place for ten days. His followers have erected a huge pandal. What attracted the attention of the people to the pandal and subsequent campaign against the swamy was the 8-ft statue of his installed at the pandal. His followers were doing daily puja to the huge statue of his and holding meditation sessions. But these holy rituals do not seem to have any difference to the public mood. 

A section of pilgrims have met distirct administration and sought to put restrictions of Nithyananda. They are enraged by the fact that a person like Nithyananda coyuld be coming to the holy place considering charges against him. The pilgrims have also expressed their anger about the activities in the Nithyananda pandal.

நித்தியானந்தாவை, அரசு தரப்பில் தடுக்காவிட்டால், கும்ப மேளா ஏற்பாட்டாளர்கள் கமிட்டியே நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும். நித்தியானந்தா கும்பமேளாவில் கலந்து கொள்ள தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என்று கோரியுள்ளனர்.

இதன் மீதான விசாரணை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. இந்நிலையில் நித்யானந்தா மதுரை ஷெசன்ஸ் சப் கோர்ட்டில் புதிதாக மனு ஒன்றை தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார். அதில், அறக்கட்டளையை அரசின் முன் அனுமதி பெற்றுத்தான் கலைக்க வேண்டும். ஆதீனம் முன் அனுமதியின்றி கலைத்துள்ளார். 

எனவே அறக்கட்டளை கலைக்கப்பட்டது செல்லாது என கூறியுள்ளார். இதனை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி நித்யானந்தா மனு தொடர்பாக வரும் 10ம் தேதிக்குள் பதிலளிக்கும்படி மதுரை ஆதீனத்துக்கு உத்தரவிட்டார்.

Madurai Adheenam & Nithyananda’s petition dismissed

The principal sub court here on Saturday dismissed the petition filed by Madurai adheenam

Arunagirinatha Desikar, in his plea, had also requested the court to dismiss the case filed by the Department of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR and CE), seeking his removal from the Madurai adheenam.

Stating that HR and CE department’s earlier plea filed in 1984 to remove him from the mutt was dismissed in 2001, he said that the case before the principal sub court here should be dismissed.

Principal sub-judge K. Guruviah, however, noted that the HR and CE department had filed a petition to revive the case. Therefore, he dismissed Arunagirinatha Desikar’s petition. The judge also declined to issue directions to the sub-registrar of Madurai South to cancel the registration of the Trust formed in collaboration with Nithyananda.

Nithyananda, in an impleading petition, sought to name the HR and CE Commissioner and Madurai South sub-registrar as respondents in the Adheenam’s case. It was also dismissed on Saturday.

The HR and CE department has accused the Madurai adheenam of trying to amass the mutt’s wealth by bidding to sell the properties for a cheap price. Arunagirinathar did not get permission from the department before forming a trust with Nithyananda, said HR and CE Commissioner P. Dhanapal in a petition, through which he also sought Arunagirinathar’s removal as the Madurai Adheenam. The HR and CE department’s case has been adjourned to Monday.

Nithyananda Sex Video AUTHENTIC - NOT Morphed

Bangalore, Jan : Bangalore, Jan 4: After the Sandalwood actress Ranjitha, now it's CID's turn to rock the Nithyananda sex video scandal. 

CID, in its statement confirmed that the images in the sex video are genuine and are neither morphed nor any body double has been used.


CID, in its new revelation, claimed that Ranjitha was present in the video. According to CID, during the investigation in 2010, the god-man himself admitted about his intimate relationship with Ranjitha.


CID on Jan 4, stated that during investigation in Apr 2010, Nithayanada admitted, during her (Ranjitha's) stay at his (Nithyananda's) Bidadi ashram for more than a year, he had close proximity with Ranjitha.
 
The whole controversy of the sex scandal gained a new power when Ranjitha on Dec 31 once again claimed, "I am not the person in the tapes. I cannot go by a forensic lab report."
 However, CID claimed that during his interrogation on Apr 27, Nithyananda  gave graphic details of his alleged affair with Ranjitha. CID also quoted the god-man as saying, "might have had sex with more than 15 women."

Ranjitha on Dec 31, also claimed that Nithyananda's former driver Lenin, who disclosed the sex video among the media, allegedly tried to rape her (Ranjitha).

But contrary to the South Indian actress' statement, CID claimed on Jun 4, "She could have told us while we were recording her statement in Chennai. She had never said anything against Lenin then."

CID, in its statement also confirmed that the images in the sex video are genuine and are neither morphed nor any body double has been used.

Nithyananda’s sleazy video ‘authentic’

Forensic experts have confirmed that an amorous video allegedly showing Paramahamsa Nityananda alias Rajasekharan with a woman is “authentic” and there is no evidence of tinkering or fabrication, as claimed by the tainted godman.

Official sources told The Tribune that Forensic Science Laboratoy, Delhi, had done authentication test on two memory chips carrying the lewd video and found it genuine. DIG, CID, Bangalore, Charan Reddy told The Tribune that the case was at a sensitive stage and declined to comment, saying he had not received the report yet.

The recorder was hidden in his private room and captured the bits of his colourful life during three days, December 23 to December 25, 2009. Police sources said they had sent two chips and a DVD, which was basically a duplicate of the content of the chips, and the report has nailed the swami’s lie that it was fabricated.

CP Singh, a leading forensic expert in audio-visual field and working with FSL, Delhi, was asked to probe the swami’s visuals because of his proven expertise. With it being clear that the video was authentic, the next logical step would be the police asking the forensic experts to check if it was indeed Nithyananda in the video.

The DIG said they were first interested about the authenticity of the video and would check the veracity of swami’s presence once they got the report. Though circumtantial evidence, including the fact the recording occurred in his private room, leaves not much room for doubts about the identity of the man, sources said.

After being on run for weeks, the self-styled godman was arrested from a Himachal Pradesh village, 50 km off Shimla, on April 21.

சென்னை : நித்யானந்த தியான பீடம் சார்பில் ஒரு நாள் அடையாள பட்டினி போராட்டம் அண்ணா சாலையில் உள்ள காயிதே மில்லத் மணிமண்டபம் எதிரில் நேற்று நடந்தது. தியான பீடத்தை சேர்ந்த ஆண்கள், பெண்கள் சுமார் 100 பேர் கலந்து கொண்டனர். பெண்கள் 20 பேர் மட்டுமே இருந்தனர். காலை 10 மணிக்கு போராட்டம் தொடங்கியது.
அங்கிருந்த ஒரு மரத்தில் ஆணி அடித்து நித்யானந்தா போட்டோ மாட்டியிருந்தனர். நேரம் செல்ல செல்ல கூட்டத்தில் இருந்தவர்கள் தனித்தனியாக வெளியே சென்றனர்.

அருகே உள்ள கடைகளுக்கு சென்று வாழைப்பழம் வாங்கி சாப்பிட்டனர். பின்னர் ஆப்பிள், ஆரெஞ்சு ஜூஸ் குடித்து விட்டு, மீண்டும் வந்து போராட்டத்தில் அமர்ந்து கொண்டனர். பட்டினி போராட்டத்தில் அவ்வப்பொழுது தண்ணீர் பாட்டில், ஐஸ் கிரீம், ஸ்நாக்ஸ் வகைகள் வினியோகிக்கப்பட்டது. அவற்றை சாப்பிட்டுக் கொண்டே உண்ணாவிரதம் இருந்தனர். கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்ட இளம்பெண்கள் இறுக்கமான முகத்துடனேயே அமர்ந்து இருந்தனர்.

அவர்களை வலுக்கட்டாயமாக போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபடுத்தியிருப்பது தெரிந்தது. பேசிய ஒவ்வொருவரும் நித்தியானந்தா, நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா படுக்கை அறை காட்சிகள் தொடர்பாகவே பேசினர். அப்போதெல்லாம் பெண் சீடர்கள் தலையை குனிந்து கொண்டு சிரித்தனர். ஒரு சிலர் முகம் சுழித்தனர். மதியத்திற்கு பிறகு பலர் ஓரமாக சென்று தூங்கி விட்டனர்.
உண்ணாவிரதப் போராட்டத்திற்கு ஆதரவாக பொதுமக்கள் ஒருவர் கூட வரவில்லை. பாதுகாப்புக்கு போலீசார் மட்டுமே வந்திருந்தனர்.

அந்த வழியாக நடந்து சென்றவர்களில் சிலர் வேடிக்கை பார்த்தனர். தங்களுக்குள் கமென்ட் அடித்து சிரித்தபடியே கலைந்ததை மட்டுமே காண முடிந்தது. வேடிக்கை பார்ப்பவர்கள் பார்வையில் படுவதை தவிர்க்க, பெண் சீடர்கள் தலையை குனிந்து கொண்டனர்.

ரஞ்சிதா வராததால் கூட்டம் இல்லை

போராட்டத்திற்கு நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா வருவார் என்ற எதிர்பார்ப்பு சிலரிடம் இருந்தது. அவரை பார்க்க வேண்டும் என்ற ஆசையில் சிலர் வந்திருந்தனர். ‘‘ரஞ்சிதா வருவாரா?’’ என்று கூட்டத்தில் இருந்தவர்களிடம் விசாரித்தனர். ஆனால், தியான பீடம் நிர்வாகிகள் பதில் ஏதும் கூறவில்லை. ரஞ்சிதா வரவில்லை என்று தெரிந்ததும், அவர்கள் சென்று விட்டனர்.

Three disciples of Nithyananda arrested

Bangalore: Three disciples of self-styled godman Nithyananda were arrested at his ashram in Ramnagaram district for "obstructing" police who were conducting investigations into criminal cases against him.

"The three disciples were arrested from the Godman's ashram in Bidadi last night as they obstructed police investigating criminal cases filed against the godman," Superintendent of Police Ramnagaram S P Bisnalli said.

All three were produced before a local court and remanded to judicial custody, he said.
Another disciple, against whom a case has been filed in the same connection (obstruction of police duty) could not be traced at the ashram and efforts are on to nab him, he said.

Bisnalli said a police team led by Deputy Superintendent of Police CID, Ramalingappa, the Investigation Officer in these cases, had gone to the ashram to get a sample signature of a lady disciple, Maha Nitya Sadananda.

On their arrival, they were asked for a search warrant, to which they said it was not needed as they only wanted a sample signature. The disciplies refused them entry, despite persistent requests, saying Sadananda was not there, he said.

Following the arrest, Nityananda's disciples have launched an indefinite fast since last night

Lenin Dharmananda, former disciple of Nithyananda, tore open the spiritual facade of Nithyananda by exposing his CD with Actress Ranjitha. Nithyananda went to jail and Ranjitha went underground fearing Police action.

Now..suddenly Ranjitha appeared on 31 January in Bangalore Ramnagaram court, complianing that Lenin Dharmananda tried to rape her. As if in collusion, Nithy's disciple and ashramite from Bidadi Headquarters, Supriya from Tamilnadu, also complained in the same manner to deflect attention. We met Lenin Dharmananda and asked about these complaints.

Nakkiran: Why has actress Ranjitha surfaced now suddenly and making trouble for you?
லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : இவர்களைப் போன்றவர்களால் என் தலையை உருட்ட முடியாது. நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு எதிராக 430 பக்கக் குற்றப்பத்திரிகையை சி.ஐ.டி.போலீஸ் கர்நாடக கோர்ட்டில் தாக்கல் பண்ணி விட்டது. ரஞ்சிதாவுடனான சி.டி. மார்ஃபிங் செய்யப்பட்ட போலி சி.டி. என பொய்க்குரல் கொடுத்துக் கொண்டிருந்த நித்திக்கு.. நெற்றியடி கொடுக்கும் விதத்தில்... அந்த ஆபாச சி.டி. உண்மையானது என்றும்... அதில் படுக்கையில் இருப்பவர்கள் நித்தியும் ரஞ்சிதாவும்தான் என்றும்... டெல்லி மற்றும் ஹைதராபாத்தில் இருக்கும் மத்திய அரசின் தடயவியல் ஆய்வுக்கூடம் உறுதிசெய்து தந்த ரிப்போர்ட்டும் அந்தக் குற்றப்பத்திரிகை யோடு இணைக்கப்பட்டிருக் கிறது. அதோடு பெண்களுடன் செக்ஸ் மற்றும் ஆண்களுடன் ஹோ மோசெக்ஸ் என்கிற நித்தி மீதான பிரதான குற்றச்சாட்டும் நிரூபணம் ஆகிற அளவிற்கு வலுவான எவிடன் ஸுகள் குற்றப்பத்திரிகையில் இருக்கிறது. எனவே இந்த வழக்கின் போக்கை திசைதிருப்பும் நோக்கத் தில்... நித்தியும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் கூடிப்பேசி... எனக்கு எதிராக இப்படியொரு ஆபாசப் புகார் டிராமாவை நடத்தத் தயாராகிவிட்டார்கள். இதற் காகத்தான் தலைமறைவாக இருந்த ரஞ்சிதா நித்யானந் தாவால் வெளியே வர வழைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்.

Lenin Dharmananda: These people cannot trouble me. A 430 page charge sheet has been filed by the Police CID in Karnataka Court.The charge sheet contains the  official Forensic laboratory Report from Delhi and Hyderabad that the CD, which Nithy claimed was false, is indeed genuine and features both Nithy and Ranjitha in bed, nailing Nithy. The charges sheet has strong evidence to show that Nithy has indulged in sexual acts with women and homosexual acts with men. Now that the case is going against Nithy, Nithy and Ranjitha have conspired to damage my credibility through these obscene complaints. Ranjitha has come out of hiding only for this.

நக்கீரன் : ரஞ்சிதா இத்தனை நாள் தலைமறைவு நாடகமாடி போக்குக்காட்ட என்ன காரணம்?

N: Why was Ranjitha underground for so long and carrying out this drama? 
லெனின் தர்மானந்தா :  ரஞ்சிதாவின் வாயைப் போலீஸ் திறக்க வைத்துவிட்டால்... தன்னால் தப்ப வே முடியாது என்பதால்... அவரை பதுங்கியிருக்கும்படி பார்த்துக் கொண்டார் நித்தி. இதற்காக பல கோடிகள் வரை கைமாறியதாக எனக்குத் தகவல். இப்போது நெருக் கடி முற்றிவிட்டதால் ரஞ்சிதாவை தன்னிடம் அழைத்துக்கொண்டிருக் கிறார். 31-ந் தேதி மடத்தில் நித்தி யுடன் நீண்ட நேரம் ரஞ்சிதா பேசிக் கொண்டிருந்ததாக ஊடக நண்பர் கள் மூலம் தகவலைத் தெரிந்து கொண்டேன். மீண்டும் நித்தி ஜோதியில் ரஞ்சிதா ஐக்கியம். அவ்வளவுதான்.

LD: Nithy hid Ranjitha knowing that if she opened her mouth to the Police, he will be in deep trouble.  I understand reliably that crores of rupees changed hands for this purpose. LD: If i had tried to rape her, she would have had serious injuries. Was she hiding so long to get over these injuries? I have not done anything wrong. I am wiling to undergo any medical test. is she ready? I challenge her. Let her prove injuries due to rape. Let me tell you a truth. Nithy will never allow women close to him to even talk to others. No one can meet them alone without his permission. There are cameras everywhere watching. How can any rape attempt work?

N: Ranjitha has refuted that she is he one in the CD with Nithyananda.

LD: Is she saying hat the woman with Nithyananda is another woman? Nithyananda himself admitted to Police during enquiry that  he had sex many times with Ranjitha. he also admitted to having physical relationship with more than 15 women. I have secure proof of his telephone conversation with me pleading, ' I am an adult (Major). Ranjitha is also an adult. What is wrong if we had sex?'

N: Who is the other women Supriya, who has complained against you
லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : எனக்கு ரெண்டு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னதாக... 2006-ல் நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தில் சேர்ந்த பெண் சந்நியாசினி அவர். ஆசிரமத்தில் தமிழ் பப்ளிகேஷன் வேலைகளை பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்தவர். இந்த சுப்ரியானந்தாவுக்கும் நித்திக்கும் எவ்வளவு நெருக்கம் என்பது ஆசிரமத்தில் இருக்கும் அனைவருக்குமே தெரியும். நித்தியின் அறைக்கு எந்த நேரத்திலும் சென்று பர்சனல் சேவை செய்யும் பத்துப் பெண் களில் முதல் இரண்டு, மூன்று இடங்களில் இருந்தவர் இவர். ஆசிரம அலுவல்கள் தொடர்பாக இயல்பாக மற்றவர்களைப்போல் இவரைச் சந்தித்துப் பேசியிருக் கிறேன்.

LD: She is a sanyasini (female monk) who joined the Nithyananda ashram a few months ahead of me, in 2006. She worked in Tamil Publications. Everyone in the ashram knew how close she was to Nithy. She was amongst the top 2 or 3 women, out of about 10, who did personal duties for Nithy. I met her only for ashram related work.
நக்கீரன் : அவரது முகத்தில் மயக்க ஸ்பிரேவைத் தெளித்து நினைவிழக்கச்செய்து... அவரை உங்கள் செல்போன் மூலம் நீங்கள் ஆபாசப் படம் எடுத்ததாகவும்... அந்த சமயத்தில் யாரோ அங்கு வந்ததால் அந்தப்பெண் தப்பித்ததாகவும்... இந்தப் படத்தைக் காட்டியே நடந்ததை வெளியில் சொல்லக்கூடாது என்று நீங்கள் மிரட்டியதாகவும் சுப்ரியானந்தா புகார் சொல்லியிருக் கிறாரே?

N: She has complained that you sprayed something to make her unconscious, you took obscene pictures of her on your cell phone and she escaped because someone happened to come there and that you had threatened her not to disclose any of all this.. 

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : 2009-ஜூன், ஜூலையில் இது நடந்ததா அவங்க சொல்றாங்க. நித்தியின் பர்சனல் சேவகிகளில் நம்பர் 2-ஆம் இடத்தில் இருந்த சுப்ரியா என்னைக் கண்டு பயப்படத் தேவையுண்டா? அப்படி நடந் திருந்தா ஆன்மிக ஜாம்பவானான நித்திதான் என்னை விட்டு வச்சி ருப்பாரா? ஒன்றரை வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு நடந்ததா இப்ப சொல்ல வேண்டிய நிர்பந்தம் என்ன? தனக்கு நெருக்கமான பெண்களை... தனக்கு அடிமையா மூளைச்சலவை மூலம் மாற்றக்கூடியவர் நித்தி. அவர் ஏவிவிட்ட மனித வெடிகுண்டு போல யார் மீது வேணும்னாலும் இப்படிப்பட்ட பெண்கள் பொய்ப் புகாரோடு பாய்வாங்க. இவங்கள்லாம் பரிதாபத்துக்குரிய நித்தியின் கைப்பாவைகள்.

LD: She has said this all happened in June, July 2009. Being number 2 of Nithy's personal  caretaker, would she be afraid of me? Had this happened, would  the spiritual veteran Nithy let me live?  What is her compulsion to say this now after a year and  a half? Nithy has brain washed every woman around him to a salve. Like  a human bomb, he sends them with complaints against any one. There are pitiable puppets of Nithy..

நக்கீரன் : இந்த டிசம்பர் 30-ந் தேதி பிடதி பஸ் ஸ்டாண்டில் வச்சி... அவருக்கு நீங்கள் கொலைமிரட்டல் விடுத்ததாகவும் சுப்ரியா சொல்றாங் களே?

N: She said that you threatened her on 30 December  2010 at Bidadi bus stand?

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : டிசம்பர் 30-ல் மட்டுமல்ல... அதுக்கு முன் கடந்த 15 நாட்களாகவும் நான் சென்னையில்தான் இருந்தேன். இதை சி.பி.ஐ. மட்டுமல்ல; இண்டர்போல் போலீஸ் வேணும்னாலும் வந்து விசாரிக்கட்டும்.

இது ஹைடெக்னாலஜி உலகம் என்பதை நித்தி அறிந்திருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை. ஒருத்தர் யூஸ் பண்ணும் செல்போன்களை வச்சே அவர் குறிப்பிட்ட நாளில் எந்தப் பகுதியில் இருந்தார் என்பதை கண்டுபிடிக்கக் கூடிய அளவுக்கு விஞ்ஞானம் முன்னேறியாச்சு. அன்று சென்னையில் நான் இருந்ததற்கும்... அன்று யார், யாருடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டேன்.... யார், யாரை சந்திச்சேன் என்பதற்கும் ஆதாரம் இருக்கு. இதில் புகுந்து நித்தி சித்து விளையாட முடியாது.  பாவம்... நித்தியின் விளையாட்டெல்லாம் அப்பாவி பெண்கள்ட்ட மட்டும்தான் எடுபடும். 


Nithy does not know  that this is high tech world. From one's cell phone it can be found out scientifically where a person was at a given date. There is evidence forw here i wa sin Chennai, who i spoke to and who i met. Nithy cannot lay with these facts. Poor man, he can only play with innocent women.
நக்கீரன் : இன்னும் இரண்டு சாமியாரினிப் பெண்களை நீங்கள் பாலியல் பலாத்காரம் செய்து... அந்தப் படத்தைக் காட்டித்தான் ரஞ்சிதாவையும் சுப்ரியாவையும் நீங்கள் கெடுக்க முயன்றீர்கள் என்று அவர்கள் கூறியிருக்கிறார்களே?.

N: Ranjitha  and Supriya have said hat you used pictures of sexually assaulting two other sanyasi women to forcibly rape them?

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : மேலும் இரண்டு பெண்களைக் கொண்டு நித்தி எனக்கெதிரா வழக்குகளைத் தயார் பண்ணிக்கிட்டு இருக்கார் என்பதையே இது காட்டுது. நான் இப்படி ஆசிரமத்தில் பெண்களிடம் புகுந்து விளையாடினேன் என்பது உண்மையானால்... கடவுள் அவதாரம் என்று சொல்லிக் கொள்ளும் நித்தியின் ’ஞானக்கண்களுக்கு அது எப்படி தெரியாமல் போனது? அதுசரி.. அவரால் அவர் பெட்ரூமில் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த கேமராவையே கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாதபடி அவரது கண்களை காமம் மறைக்கும் போது.. அவர் என்ன பண்ணுவார் பாவம். இப்போதும் சொல்கிறேன்.... இவர் இன்னும் எத்தனை பொய்ப் புகார்களை எனக்கு எதிராகப் புனைந்தாலும்... அவற்றை சட்டத்தையும் சத்தியத்தையும் நம்பி சந்திப்பேன்.

LD: this just shows that Nithy is preparing 2 more women to file cases against me. If i had indeed played with women in the ashram, how come Nithy, who claims to be God,  with his super sight  did not know/ Ok. He could not even find out about the camera in his own bedroom. What could he do? However many false claims he makes against me,  i trust in law and truth to face him.
 நக்கீரன் : நித்தி ஆசிரமத்துக்கு ரஞ்சிதா  போய்விட்டதாகவும், இருவரும் விரைவில்  திருமணம்  செய்துகொண் டாலும்  ஆச்சரியமில்லை என்றும் சொல்லப் படுகிறதே?

N: It is said that Ranjitha has gone to Nithy's ashram and it may not be surprising of they marry soon? 
லெனின் தர்மானந்தா :  நித்யா னந்தா, நானே கடவுள் என்று  எங்களை நம்ப வைத்தவர். பெண்ணாசையே கூடாது என்பவர். நான் முற்றும் துறந்த ஞானி என்பவர். இதனால்தான் ஆயி ரக்கணக்கில் பக்தர்கள் அவரை வணங்கினார்கள். இவர் ரஞ்சிதாவை திருமணம் செய்துகொண்டு குழந்தை களைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு  ஊருக்குள் வந்தால் இவரை யார் கேட்கப்போகிறார்கள். தடுக்கப் போகிறார்கள்?

LD: Nithyananda made us believe he was God. He warned against lust. He said he was a pure sanyasi without desires. This is why thousands of people worshipped him. If he marries Ranjitha and has children, who is going to stop him? who is bothered?

The forensic sciences laboratory in New Delhi has certified its genuineness. I am ready to demonstrate anywhere that the video is real,” he said at a press conference here, within hours after the actress told the media in Bangalore that the CD, released to the press ten months ago, was “morphed”. She had, on Thursday, filed a criminal complaint against Lenin and two others on the matter.Lenin, rubbishing the allegations, played an audio conversation to reporters and claimed that it was the voice of Nithyanandha who was pleading, trying to pacify and reach a compromise solution with him. He alleged that Nithyanandha had been running businesses and leading a luxurious life, besmirching the Hindu sanyasi tradition.“Nithyananda is behind the complaint. Their intention is to divert the issue, harass and take revenge on me,” 
she said she would continue to be a devotee of Nithyananda, and claimed that the media had “hounded and maligned” her “just because I am a public personality”. And added: “I am just an ordinary woman with my own fears. I did not know what will happen to me or to my parents. So I went off. I was not absconding.” Ranjitha said she was interested in social work and spirituality. She said the video episode had harmed her career but she was still getting offers. “I have been in the film world for 18 years now. This episode did harm my career but I am still getting offers.” She has so far acted in more than 100 films.Interestingly, another Nithyananda disciple, Ma Nithya Supriyananda, in separate complaint, alleged that Lenin had attempted to rape her and also abused her too. Supriyananda also alleged threat to life and verbal abuse of her community (Scheduled Caste). She further alleged that the Bidadi station police were “biased and unfair” and said they treated her complaint as a “petition” suspecting her bonafides.Nithyananda has been chargesheeted by the police with rape, unnatural sex, cheating, criminal intimidation and criminal conspiracy. “Its not me in the sex video,” says Ranjitha

BANGALORE: Tamil actress Ranjitha on Friday denied that she was the woman in a sex romp video involving self-styled godman Nityananda Swami. “I am not the woman in the video,” Ranjitha said at a press meet in Bangalore in her first public appearance after the sex scandal broke out in March. “What has happened in the last few months has been fabricated,” Ranjita, who on Thursday lodged a police complaint against Lenin Karuppan, former driver of Nityananda who caught the swami in the sex act and then released the video clippings.
Ranjitha said she had no knowledge about alleged sexual exploitation by the swami.
“I do not know anything about this. I came to know only from media reports.”
She, however, asserted: “I am a devotee of Nityananda and will remain so.”
Ranjitha claimed that media had hounded and maligned her just because she was a public personality.
She denied she had absconded after the video was telecast, first by some Tamil TV channels.
“I was scared. I was threatened. Hence I left for the United States on March 3 and returned on June 14,” Ranjitha said.
“I am an ordinary woman with my own fears. I did not know what will happen to me or to my parents. So I went off. I was not absconding,” she said.
The actress said she decided to come into the open as “I was tired of being hounded and maligned when I had not done any wrong”.
In the complaint she filed with Ramanagaram police Thursday, she accused Lenin and two others of maligning her image.
Ranjitha said she has been a devotee of Nityananda for over a year now as she was interested in social work and spirituality. She said the video episode had harmed her career but she was still getting offers.
“I have been in the film world for 18 years now. This episode did harm my career but I am still getting offers.”
Nityananda has been chargesheeted by the police with rape, unnatural sex, cheating, criminal intimidation and criminal conspiracy. Four associates, including a woman, have also been chargesheeted.
Nityananda, who has a sprawling ashram complex at Bidadi about 35 km from Bangalore, in Ramanagaram district, is on bail.

Suspecting foul play, an attempted rape ''complaint'' filed by a female devotee of Nithyananda against Lenin Karuppan, the man who blew the whistle on the godman in March this year, was treated as a “petition” by the Bidadi police station on Thursday.
The police suspect that the “complaint” by the devotee, A Pushpa, alias Supriyananda, could be an “instrument” to malign Lenin who, in a sting operation, had exposed Nithyananda’s romp with a Tamil actress. The police’s suspicion stems from the very contents of the complaint according to which Lenin allegedly threatened Supriyananda while she “was walking towards the bus stop on the Bangalore-Mysore highway along” with two other Nithyananda devotees “at about 8 am” on December 30. When the police tried to verify Lenin’s location, they found that he was in Chennai and not present in Bangalore or anywhere near Nithyananda’s Bidadi ashram over the past seven days.  The police officer who Supriyananda spoke to called up Lenin and satisfied himself that he was actually in Chennai. Sources close to Lenin in Chennai told Deccan Herald that he was aware of Supriyananda’s “petition” and that he was contemplating filing a defamation suit against the devotee. This forced the police to treat the complaint as a petition in which Supriyananda, originally from Kadalur district in Tamil Nadu, alleged that Lenin tried to molest and rape her a “couple of days after Guru Poornima” some time in July 2009. According to Supriyananda’s statement, a copy of which is available with Deccan Herald, Lenin allegedly took photographs of her in the nude on his cell phone. The next evening, Supriyananda’s statement says, Lenin “showed” her the “pictures on his cell phone and warned me not to disclose the previous day’s incidence”. She claimed she “could not file this complaint earlier” because she was “fear stricken”.

Tamil actress Ranjitha, who in March this year was shown to be in a sex romp with Nithyananda, on Thursday described in a complaint before a Ramanagara magistrate that the video featuring her and the godman was ''morphed''.

According to the complaint against Lenin Karuppan, whose secretly videographed romp between Nithyananda and Ranjitha was televised by news channels on March 2 this year, the “morphed video” was used to “blackmail and extort money” from her. In this context, the complaint — a copy of which is with Deccan Herald — says that in “furtherance of a conspiracy” Lenin “created a video with a man resembling Shree Nithyananda Swami and a woman having intimate relationship with him”. Police sources said Ranjitha’s complaint appeared to be a concerted effort to deny scientific evidence in the form of tests on the CD by the Hyderabad-based Forensics Science Laboratory. The FSL report had categorically concluded the CD was genuine. Actor avoided police Ranjitha’s complaint comes six months after she gave a statement to the Karnataka CID, which is investigating charges of rape and other sexual offences made against Nithyananda by Lenin.  After the scandal involving Nithyananda and Ranjitha went public, she avoided the police and officers had to travel to Chennai to record her statement in which too she had denied being the woman featured in the CD. When contacted, Lenin reacted saying Ranjitha’s complaint was false. “Everything in that complaint is false and I will take appropriate legal steps in the days to come,” Lenin said. Molestation The actress’ complaint recounts how Lenin would allegedly “pursue the complainant by unnecessarily coming and stationing himself near her and stare at her awkwardly”. It says that on February 13, 2010, Lenin, to her “shock and disbelief”, showed her poorly shot videos of his molestation of two Brahmacharinis on his laptop”. Nithyananda seeks MK’s intervention

IRUVANNAMALAI: Controversial godman Nithyananda on his first public address (Satsang) on his 34th birthday celebration at his ashram premises here on Wednesday said he has written to Chief Minister M Karunanidhi about the attacks continuing on him and his devotees.He also expressed confidence that the chief minister would take steps to safeguard him and his devotees. The godman poured out for more than three-and-a-half hours, his frustration on the attacks on him by the media.“After the video, I have become the most viewed spiritual leader on Youtube,” a beaming Nithyananda said adding “it became more popular than US president Clinton and Monica Lewinsky scandal”.He wondered how it became so popular and had such a wide reach though it did not have any explicit content. On the video reportedly taken on December 23, 24 and 25, last year, and made public on March 2, this year, he claimed, “It is a fully morphed, misinterpreted and manipulated with no element of truth in it”.  “After all these happenings I am enthralled to see the gathering who have come here to listen to this 33-year-old youth”. However, he failed to explain why he maintained silence over the issue over for the last 10 months. Controversial godman Swami Nithyananda was on Wednesday greeted with fierce black-flag protests at his home-turf, Tiruvannamalai, in Tamil Nadu.
Nithyananda, out on conditional bail and against whom the Karnataka Criminal Investigation Department (CID) had recently filed a massive 430-page charge-sheet in the Ramnagaram Judicial Magistrate court, was visiting his “Dhyana Peetam” ashram at Tirunvannamalai on the occasion of his birthday. The tainted Swami faced a large group of volunteers and cadres of the two Communist parties and Left-wing organisations who waved black flags and shouted slogans, protesting his sexual misconduct, according to sources. They urged the ancient Arunachaleshwarar Temple authorities not to allow its hallowed precincts “be defiled” by the presence of Swami Nithyananda.

A Black Flag demonstration lead by CPI(M) workers, was held in the temple town of Tiruvannamalai in Vellore district of Tamil Nadu when self-styled Godman Nityananda, who was recently caught on video in a sleaze act, visited the Lord Arunachaleeswara temple today.
Reports received at the police headquarters here said the black flag demonstration, condemning his visit, was staged by workers of CPI(M), Tamil Nadu Farmers Association and the members of the All India Democratic Women’s Association (AIDWA).
About 40 CPI(M) activists and a few AIDWA members assembled at the Northern side entrance of the temple and staged a black flag demonstration thinking that the disgraced Godman might enter the temple from there.
However, Nityananda entered the temple through the southern side entrance. After having a darshan of Lord Arunachaleeswarar and his consort, he left the temple by the same entrance.
When he was proceeding towards his ashram, he spotted a group of farmers association members staging a black flag demonstration near a school.
Sensing trouble, he directed the driver to take a different route and reached his sprawling ashram where a large number of his ‘devotees’ were present.

Swami Nithyananda, arrested for rape and other criminal charges, got bail on Friday [11-6-2010]. The Karnataka High Court granted conditional bail to him and his close disciple Swami Bhaktananda. Justice Subhash B Adi while allowing the two bail petitions filed by Nithyananda has asked him to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and two local sureties. Not just that. The court laid down several other conditions — that Nithyananda should not leave the place without the permission of jurisdictional court and mark his attendance once in every 15 days at the jurisdictional police station. “He should not indulge in any teachings or preaching except yoga. A spiritual head should be free from all attachments and denounce world. However, it is not for this court to dwell on that issue. The public is already sensitized by media in this regard. Affecting and hurting religious feelings is more serious than a stab injury. “Actress Ranjtha, the woman in the CD, has so far not been questioned as she is in the US. The video footage showing arrested self-styled godman Nithyananda Swami in a compromising position with a Tamil actress is “genuine”, a top CID official said Thursday. “The video footage is genuine. It is untampered and there is no indication of alteration in the video. As far as image comparison is concerned, that is still to be done,”

 

CID’s Deputy IGP Charan Reddy said. The CD was sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory Hyderabad for analysis where it was found to be authentic, he said.

Nithyananda 34th Birthday was celebrated at his Ashramam at Tiruvannamalai on 29-12-2010. Indian women’s organization, Indian Youth Democratic Federation and Progressive writers Association agitated his arrival at Tiruvannamalai and raised slogan against him.

Swami Nithyananda, arrested for rape and other criminal charges, got bail on Friday [11-6-2010]. The Karnataka High Court granted conditional bail to him and his close disciple Swami Bhaktananda. Justice Subhash B Adi while allowing the two bail petitions filed by Nithyananda has asked him to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and two local sureties. Not just that. The court laid down several other conditions — that Nithyananda should not leave the place without the permission of jurisdictional court and mark his attendance once in every 15 days at the jurisdictional police station. “He should not indulge in any teachings or preaching except yoga. A spiritual head should be free from all attachments and denounce world. However, it is not for this court to dwell on that issue. The public is already sensitized by media in this regard. Affecting and hurting religious feelings is more serious than a stab injury. “Actress Ranjtha, the woman in the CD, has so far not been questioned as she is in the US. The video footage showing arrested self-styled godman Nithyananda Swami in a compromising position with a Tamil actress is “genuine”, a top CID official said Thursday. “The video footage is genuine. It is untampered and there is no indication of alteration in the video. As far as image comparison is concerned, that is still to be done,”


CID’s Deputy IGP Charan Reddy said. The CD was sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory Hyderabad for analysis where it was found to be authentic, he said.
