| Chennai: Breaking News! There is a huge outrage, as Godman Nithyananda Paramahamsa was exposed with his sexual endeavour in a sting operation conducted by a Tamil TV Channel. His disciples were beaten up and his properties were damaged by the irate people across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

Nithyananda Paramahamsa has a large number of fan following across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. He runs Ashrams in both states. Meanwhile, Nithyananda Paramahamsa has denied all allegations and claimed that the video was fake and morphed.
He blamed an inmate of his ashram, Premananda alias Lenin Karuppan, for the morphing of his face in order to defame him. He tried to restrain the media from airing the video footage, but the court did not grant a stay on telecast. However, the city civil court issues notices to some news organisations.
Further hearing of the case will be held on March 8. Nithyananda Paramahamsa said he had 45 lakh devotees in 17 countries and was involved in social work, education and spiritual activities and will never think of doing such a condemnable act. Nithyananda Paramahamsa has a 14-acre Ashram known as Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, which is located at at Dasanakoppalu in Bidadi near Bangalore.
The Tamil Nadu government has taken a strong note of the latest development.
