City Civil Court XV assistant judge A. Manickavasagar ordered the notice and posted the request for 8th March for further hearing. Nithyananda in his petition filed in the city civil court requested the judge to restrain Nakkeeran, Dinakaran and Tamil Murasu for publishing articles alongside photos of his scandal.
In his petition filed in the Civil court he stated that he has over 4.5 million devotees in 17 different countries and that he was providing free education to the needy, while conducting free medical camps for the poor, that are going to be effect by this sex scandal. He wrote in his petition that an inmate named “Premananda” A.K.A Lenin Karuppan from his mongrel videotaped his private pleasuring moments and tried to tarnish his public image.
He also said that he technologically altered the video before releasing it into the media and now Sun Television
In the reply of Nakkeeran Nithyananda scandal video, Nithyananda Mission’s website released a statement that goes something like this…. “At this moment, we feel that a mix of conspiracy, graphics and rumour is at play in these recent events that have unfolded.
The website also states that they are legally approaching and taking action against the responsible persons.
The next hearing will be held on 8th March, 2010 in the City Civil Court room.

I thank Lenin from the bottom of my heart. I would have never believed him had he come out and said anything against Nithyananda. Because of his brave act we are all saved. I heard Nithyanada's devotees are going after this poor man. Shame on those morons. May they all go to hell.
