Opposition for Nithyananda at Kumbh Mela

A tent (pandal) is being decorated in Kumbh Mela for Dhyanapeetam and Swami Nithynanda. Even before Nithynanda has arrived at Kumbh Mela, his 8-feet moorthy has been decorated and being worshipped with puja and arati. Many saints have raised objections over the controversial godman being in the Kumbh Mela.

The saints have warned that just by “ganga snan” (bathing in the ganges) his sins will not be washed away, his actions (karma) also speak. 4^th February Nithyananda will come to Kumbh mela and not only give darshan but also give discourses to the public and conduct 2 yagnas everyday. He will be in Kumbh for 10 days, but the saints and sadhus have appealed to the administration to ban Swami Nithyananda from Kumbh Mela.

[Spokesperson for Kumbh Mela says] “Such persons should be stopped from coming to Kumbh Mela. His presence will have a strong negative impact on the public visiting the Kumbh, so such a person should not be allowed to come, he should be banned. If the administration doesn’t take this step, the Akhada will talk to them and will make every effort to take such action.”

Nithyananda was caught in a sex scandal in 2010 and went to jail, so there is strong opposition against him coming to Kumbh. With the raising of such objections and discussions, the Kumbh Mela administration also is keeping an eye on Swami Nithyananda and his ashram activities.

 ಅಲಹಾಬಾದ್‌ನ ಗಂಗಾ, ಯಮುನಾ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಪ್ತಗಾಮಿನಿ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ನದಿ ತ್ರಿವೇಣಿ ಸಂಗಮದ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಕಟ್ಟಾ ಭಕ್ತರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪೆಂಡಾಲನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ 8 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ಮೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಆ ಮೂರ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾರ ಹಾಕಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಪೂಜೆ ಪುನಸ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೆರಳಿದ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು : ಫೆ.4ರಂದು ಸ್ವತಃ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಕುಂಭಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಫೆ. 14ರವರೆಗೆ ಹತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಪ್ರವಚನ, ದಿನಕ್ಕೆರಡು ಯಜ್ಞಯಾಗ, ಯೋಗ ಧ್ಯಾನ ಶಿಬಿರಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕುಂಭಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿರುವ ಸಹಸ್ರಾರು ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಕೆರಳಿಸಿರುವುದು ಇದೇ ಸಂಗತಿ. 

ಒಬ್ಬ ಪೀಠಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ಅನೈತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಮಹಾ ಕುಂಭಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದು ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಡವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂಥ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಅಪವಿತ್ರಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಭಕ್ತರ ನಿಯೋಗವೊಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೆ ಕುಂಭಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಸಹಜ, ವಿಕೃತ ನಡವಳಿಗೆ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆರಳಿಸಿದೆ. 

ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನನ್ನು ಕುಂಭಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಭಕ್ತರು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕುಂಭಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳ ದಂಡು : ಮುಂದಿನ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳ ದಂಡೇ ಕುಂಭಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಹೊಸ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಾಜನಾಥ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಪುಣ್ಯಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಂದೇಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಅಧ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಎಂದೇ ಬಿಂಬಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನೂತನ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರು ಕೂಡ ಕುಂಭಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದು ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅಖಿಲೇಶ್ ಯಾದವ್ ಗುರುವಾರ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.

Court Rejects Nithyananda's Petition: Green signal given to film "Satyananda"

A local court today showed green signal to the release of Kannada film "Sathyananda" which was stayed last year after self-styled godman Nithyananda alleged that the film was defamatory to him. 

 The 15th Additional City Civil judge Master R K N M S Mahaswamiji gave the go-ahead, subject to the condition that the title would be changed and certain portions of the film would be deleted before its release.

 The trial of the defamation suit filed by Nithyananda against the film will commence from March 26.  
Nithyananda has sought for Rs 3.5 crore along with exemplary damages from producer and director Madan Patel. 

 Sources close to Nithyananda indicated he would file an appeal in the High Court challenging the order.

Court Order on 'Sathyananda' IndiaGlitz [Saturday, February 02, 2013

The controversy leading to 'Sathyananda' Kannada and Telugu film by Madan Patel came up before the city civil court on Friday in Bangalore. The city civil court has instructed for change in the title and omission of a few scenes in 'Satyananda' film. The order has come up after hearing the complaint filed by Sri Nithyananda Swamy advocates. The order to change the title 'Sathyananda' and scenes related to Nithyananda Swamy have to be cut off.  The controversy related to this film in the court battle since 2011. The legal cell of Swami Nithyananda strongly objected to the film screening and filed a defamation case to the tune of Rs.5 crores. The stay order was also brought for the release of the film till the court verdict. Madan Patel questioned this at High Court of Karnataka. On the advice of High Court of Karnataka the city civil court viewed the film and passed order suggesting title change and omission of a few scenes that has direct remark on Swami Nithyananda.

மதுரை: மதுரை ஆதீனத்தின் இளைய ஆதீனம் பொறுப்பில் இருந்து தன்னை நீக்கியது தவறு என்றும், மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்தில் பூஜைகள் நடத்த தனக்கு அனுமதி அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டு மதுரை நீதிமன்றத்தில் நித்தியானந்தா மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார். 

மதுரை ஆதீனத்திற்கு எதிராக மதுரை மாவட்ட முதன்மை சார்பு நீதிமன்றத்தில் நித்தியானந்தா புதிதாக 2 வழக்குகளை தாக்கல் செய்தார். அவற்றில் முதல் மனுவில், "நான் மதுரையின் 293-வது இளைய ஆதீன மாவேன். என்னை இளைய ஆதீனமாக நியமித்து பல்வேறு பணிகளை செய்யும்படி கூறிய ஆதீனம் திடீரென்று எந்தவித அறிவிப்பும் இல்லாமல், என்னை அந்த பொறுப்பில் இருந்து நீக்கி விட்டதாக அறிவித்துள்ளார். 

மடத்தின் சட்ட விதிகளின்படி இது தவறாகும். எந்த குறைபாடுகளும் இல்லாத நிலையில் என்னிடம் விளக்கம் பெறாமல் என்னை நீக்குவதற்கு மதுரை ஆதீனத்திற்கு உரிமை இல்லை. 

அத்துடன் இளைய ஆதீனமான நான் மடத்திற்குள் பூஜைகளை நடத்த வேண்டும். ஆனால் நானும், எனது தரப்பினரும் மடத்திற்குள் வருவதற்கு மதுரை ஆதீனம் தடையாக உள்ளார். எனவே என்னையும் என் தரப்பினரையும் மதுரை ஆதீனத்திற்குள் சென்று வர அனுமதி அளிக்க வேண்டும்,"' என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

அதேபோல மற்றொரு மனுவில், ‘‘இளைய ஆதீனமான என்னிடம் கலந்து பேசாமல் திடீரென்று தம்புரான் ஒருவரை மதுரை ஆதீனம் நியமனம் செய்துள்ளார். இதுபோல தம்புரான் நியமிக்கும் வழக்கம் மதுரை ஆதீனத்தின் விதிகளில் இல்லை. எனவே விதிகளுக்கு மாறாக உள்ள அந்த நியமனத்தை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும்.'' என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இநத மனுக்கள் நீதிபதி கே.குருவையா முன்பாக விசாரணைக்கு வந்தன. அப்போது ஆதீனம் தரப்பு வக்கீல்கள் வி.நாகேந்திரன், ஜெ.ராமமூர்த்தி ஆகியோர் ஆஜராகி, இந்த வழக்குகளுக்கு பதில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்ய கால அவகாசம் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டுக்கொண்டனர். 

இதையடுத்து நித்தியானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்த மனுக்கள் மீதான விசாரணையை வருகிற 15-ந் தேதிக்கு நீதிபதி தள்ளி வைத்தார்.

கோர்ட்டில் நடந்து வருகின்றன.இந்நிலையில், நேற்று நித்யானந்தா தரப்பில்

மேலும் 2 வழக்குகள் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. இதில்,என்னை இளைய ஆதீனமாக

நியமித்த பின், பொறுப்பில் இருந்து நீக்கியதாக அறிவிக்க அதிகாரம் இல்லை.

இளைய ஆதீனம் என்ற முறையில் பூஜை செய்ய தடை விதிக்கிறார். என்னை மடத்தில்

நுழைய அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும், என ஒரு வழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது.மற்றொரு

வழக்கில், தம்பிரானாக திருச்சிற்றம்பலத்தை நியமிக்கும் உரிமை ஆதீனத்திற்கு

இல்லை. அதை செல்லாது என அறிவிக்க வேண்டும், என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.நீதிபதி

Principal Sub-judge K. Guruviah, on Monday, dismissed a petition filed by Nithyananda, seeking to thwart a bid by Madurai Aadheenam Arunagirinathar to dissolve a trust formed in association with the former.

According to Nithyananda, the Aadheenam did not consult him before attempting to dissolve the trust registered in both their names. Therefore, the court should pass orders forbidding the Aadheenam from dissolving the trust, he pleaded. 

However, the Aadheenam claimed that the trust was formed under the Madurai Mutt and hence there was no necessity to get approval from Nithyananda. 

The judge held that Nithyananda’s claims were unwarranted and dismissed the petition.

Nithyananda plea against Madurai adheenam rejected

மதுரை: மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதர் மீது நித்தியானந்தா தொடர்ந்த வழக்கை மதுரை கோர்ட் தள்ளுபடி செய்து விட்டது.

 தமிழக இந்து அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர் தனபால், மதுரை மாவட்ட முதன்மை சார்பு நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஒரு மனு தாக்கல் செய்து இருந்தார். அதில், இந்து அறநிலையத்துறைக்கு தகவல் தெரிவிக்காமல் ஆதீனம் தரப்பில் மதுரை ஆதீனம் அறக்கட்டளை தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆதீன மடத்தின் சொத்துக்களை அபகரிக்கும் நோக்கத்தில் இந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

எனவே மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதரை அந்த பொறுப்பில் இருந்து நீக்கிவிட்டு, அடுத்த ஆதீனம் நியமிக்கப்படும்வரை மடத்தின் பொறுப்புகளை இந்து அறநிலையத்துறையிடம் ஒப்படைக்க உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்று கூறப்பட்டு இருந்தது. 

இதையடுத்து அருணகிரிநாதர், அதே கோர்ட்டில் மனு ஒன்று தாக்கல் செய்தார். அதில், மதுரை ஆதீனம் அறக்கட்டளை கலைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே அந்த பெயரில் பதிவாளர் அலுவலகத்தில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட பதிவை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும், மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்தில் நித்தியானந்தாவும், அவருடைய தரப்பினரும் நுழைய நிரந்தரமாக தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறப்பட்டு இருந்தது. 

இந்த நிலையில் நித்தியானந்தா, ஒரு மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார். அதில், மதுரை ஆதீனம் அறக்கட்டளையை நானும், அருணகிரிநாதரும் சேர்ந்து சட்டப்படி உருவாக்கினோம். அறக்கட்டளையை கலைக்க விரும்பினால் முதன்மை அரசு வக்கீலிடம் முன் அனுமதி பெற வேண்டும். அறக்கட்டளையில் உள்ள எனக்கும் தகவல் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும். 

ஆனால், அதுபோன்று எந்தவித அனுமதியும் பெறாமல் அறக்கட்டளை கலைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவ்வாறு கலைத்தது தவறு. சட்டப்படி அறக்கட்டளையை கலைக்காமல் அறக்கட்டளைக்கான பதிவை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று அருணகிரிநாதர் தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள மனுவை ஏற்கக்கூடாது. அந்த மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று கூறியிருந்தார்.

 இதற்கு அருணகிரிநாதர் தாக்கல் செய்த பதில் மனுவில், சாதாரணமாக உருவாக்கப்படும் அறக்கட்டளைகளுக்குத்தான் நித்தியானந்தா கூறியுள்ள விதிமுறைகள் பொருந்தும். இந்து அறநிலையத்துறையின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ள கோவில்கள் மற்றும் மதுரை ஆதீனம் போன்ற மடங்களில் அமைக்கப்படும் அறக்கட்டளைகளை கலைக்க அந்த விதிகள் பொருந்தாது. எனவே சட்டப்படியான அடிப்படை காரணங்கள் இல்லாததால் நித்தியானந்தாவின் மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று கூறப்பட்டு இருந்தது.

மதுரை: மதுரை ஆதீனத்துக்கு எதிராக, நித்யானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவை, முதன்மை சப்கோர்ட் நீதிபதி குருவைய்யா, தள்ளுபடி செய்தார். மதுரை ஆதீனத்தை அரசிடம் ஒப்படைக்கவும், நித்யானந்தா-ஆதீனம் இணைந்து துவக்கிய அறக்கட்டளை பதிவை ரத்து செய்ய உத்தரவிடவும், மடத்தின் சொத்துகளை ஆதீனமோ, அவர் தரப்பினரோ வேறு நபருக்கு விற்க, பதிவு செய்ய இடைக்காலத் தடை விதிக்கவும் வலியுறுத்தி, இந்து அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர் தனபால், முதன்மை சப்கோர்ட்டில் மனு செய்தார். நித்யானந்தா இளைய ஆதீனமாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டதை ரத்து செய்யவும், ஆதீன அறக்கட்டளையின் பதிவை ரத்து செய்யவும், ஆதீன மடத்தில் நித்தியானந்தா நுழைய தடை விதிக்கவும் கோரி, ஆதீனம் தரப்பு, அதே கோர்ட்டில் மற்றொரு மனு செய்தது. அறக்கட்டளையை பதிவு செய்த தெற்கு சார்பதிவாளரையும் இணைக்க வலியுறுத்தி, நித்யானந்தா தரப்பு, மனு செய்தது. ஒரே நேரத்தில் தாக்கலான, மூன்று தரப்பினரின் வெவ்வேறு மனுக்கள் மீதான விசாரணை, நடந்து வருகிறது. இதற்கிடையில், ஜன.,8ல், நித்யானந்தா தரப்பு புது மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்தது. 

அதில்,"மதுரை ஆதீனத்திற்கு வழக்கு போடும் உரிமை இல்லை. அவர் மனு செய்தது சட்டப்படி செல்லாது. அரசின் முன் அனுமதி பெறாமல் அறக்கட்டளையை களைத்தது, விதிகளுக்கு முரணானது. அவரது மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்ய வேண்டும்' என கூறியிருந்தனர். இதுதொடர்பாக, நேற்று நடந்த விசாரணையில், நித்யானந்தா தரப்பின் மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்த நீதிபதி குருவைய்யா, பிற மனுக்கள் மீதான விசாரணையை, பிப்., 1 க்கு தள்ளிவைத்தார்

பெங்களூர், பிடதி ஆசிரமத்திலிருந்து நித்தியானந்தா உடனடியாக வெளியேற வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையை முன்வைத்து கன்னட அமைப்பு ஒன்று போராட்டத்தில் குதித்துள்ளது. இதனால் நித்தியானந்தா மீண்டும் வெளியேறும் நிலை உருவாகியுள்ளது.

முன்னதாக பெங்களூர் அருகே உள்ள பிடதியில் நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு ஆசிரமம் உள்ளது. மதிரை மடாதிபதியின் இளைய ஆதினமாக நித்தியானந்தா நியமிக்கப்பட்டதால் அவர் மதுரை வந்து பதவி ஏற்றார். ஆனால்,  அங்கு அவருக்கு எதிராக கடும் எதிர்ப்பு தோன்றியதால் அருணகிரிநாதர் நித்யானந்தாவின் பதவியைப் பறித்து விட்டார்.

இதனிடையே, நித்தியானந்தா பிடதி வந்துள்ளார் என்ற தகவல் வெளியானதைத் தொடர்ந்து கநாடக நவநிர்மான் சேனா அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த நூற்றுக்கணக்கானோர் பிடதிமுன் திரண்டு “நித்தியானந்தா வெளியேறு” என கோஷமிட்டு போராட்டத்தில் குதித்தனர். அவருடையே பதாகைகளில் கரி பூசினர். இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து போலீஸார் வந்து கூட்டத்தைக் கலைத்து விட்டனர்.

ರಾಮನಗರ: ಬಿಡದಿ ಬಳಿಯ ಧ್ಯಾನಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಇ¨ªಾನೆ ಎಂಬ ಸುಳಿವು ಕೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಗಡಿಪಾರಿಗೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿ¨ªಾರೆ. ಬುಧವಾರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜನಪರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ರಾಜಾÂಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಮೇಶ್‌ ಗೌಡರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಧ್ಯಾನಪೀಠದ ಮುಂಭಾಗ ಧರಣಿ ಕುಳಿತು ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಗಡಿಪಾರಿಗೆ ಆಗಹಿಸಿದರುÅ. ಆರತಿರಾವ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ರಂಜಿತ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ನಂತರ ಈತನಿಂದಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳಂಕ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈತನನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದಲೇ ಹೊರದಬ್ಬುವಂತೆ ಅವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ¨ªಾರೆ. ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ಧಿಕ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಆಕ್ರೋಶ: ಕೆಲವು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಧ್ಯಾನಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಆದರೂ ನಿನ್ನೆ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನಿಂದ ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಧೀಕ್ಷೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಸಿ¨ªಾನೆ. ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಾದ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಆ ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಬಿಡದಿಯ ಧ್ಯಾನಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಜಿÇÉಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರದುಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಧಿಕ್ಕರಿಸಿ¨ªಾನೆ ಎಂದು ರಮೇಶ್‌ ಗೌಡ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ¨ªಾರೆ. 2013ರ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 1ರೊಳಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ತೊರೆಯಬೇಕು, ಜಿÇÉಾಡಳಿತವಾದರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಗಡಿಪಾರು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಧ್ಯಾನಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ ಓಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಗ ಆಗುವ ಎÇÉಾ ಅನಾಹುತಗಳಿಗೂ ಜಿÇÉಾಡಳಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿ¨ªಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ದಿನ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನವ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸೇನೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಕೂಡ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಗಡಿಪಾರಿಗೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿ¨ªಾರೆ.

பெங்களூர்: பிடதி ஆசிரமத்திலிருந்து நித்தியானந்தா வெளியேற வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையுடன் கன்னட அமைப்பு போராட்டத்தில் குதித்துள்ளதால் மறுபடியும் நித்தியானந்தா வெளியேற வேண்டிய சூழல் உருவாகியுள்ளது. பெங்களூர் அருகே உள்ள பிடதியில் நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு ஆசிரமம் உள்ளது. மதுரை மடாதிபதியின் இளைய ஆதினமாக நித்யானந்தா நியமிக்கப்பட்டதால் அவர் மதுரை வந்து பதவி ஏற்றார். ஆனால் அதற்கு கடும் எதிர்ப்புக் கிளம்பியதால் அந்தப் பதவியிலிருந்து நித்தியானந்தாவைத் தூக்கினார் அருணகிரிநாதர். அதன் பிறகு 

திருவண்ணாமைலையிலும், பிடதியிலுமாக கேம்ப் மாறிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். நேற்று நீண்ட இடைவெளிக்குப் பின்னர் பிடதி ஆசிரமத்திற்கு நித்தியானந்தா வந்தார். அவருடன் வழக்கம் போல ஆதரவாளர்களும் கும்பலாகப் போனார்கள். அங்கு அவர் அருளுரை என்ற பெயரில் தனது ஆதரவாளர்களிடையே பேசினார். இந்த நிலையில் நித்தியானந்தா வந்திருக்கிறார் என்ற தகவல் பரவியதும் கர்நாடக நவநிர்மான் சேனா என்ற அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த நூற்றுக்கணக்கானோர் அங்கு திரண்டு வந்து நித்தியானந்தாவே வெளியேறு என்று கூறி போராட்டத்தில் குதித்தனர். மேலும் அங்கிருந்த பேனரில் இருந்த நித்தியானந்தா படத்துக்கும் கரியைப் பூசி குதூகலித்தனர். கடைசியில் போலீஸார் வந்து அனைவரையும் அமைதிப்படுத்தி கலைந்துபோகச் செய்தார்கள்.

. கெடுபிடி காரணமாக நித்தியானந்தா தனது பிறந்த நாள் விழா வை, திருவண்ணாமலை ஆசிரமத்திலேயே எளிமையாகக் கொண்டாடி முடித்ததில், சீடர் களுக்குப் பலத்த ஏமாற்றம்! உலகம் முழுவதும் ஆசிரமங்களை அமைத்தும் பிரபலம் ஆக முடியாத நித்யானந்தா, ஒரே ஒரு வீடியோவால் தலைமறைவு, தப்பி ஓட்டம், அதிரடிக் கைது என சர்ச்சைகளின் நாயகன் ஆனார். அடுத்து, மதுரை ஆதீனத்தோடு கைகோத்து தன்னை அடுத்த ஆதீனமாக அறிவிக்க வைத்தார். இதனால், மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதருக்கு அடுக்கடுக்காகப் பல பிரச் னைகள் ஏற்பட, நித்தியைக் கை கழுவியதோடு அவரது சீடர்களையும் ஆசிரமத்தில் இருந்து வெளியேற்றினார். அதைத் தொடர்ந்து தன் பூர்வீக இடமான திருவண்ணாமலை ஆசிரமத்தி​லேயே தங்கினார் நித்தி. அந்த ஆசிரமத்தையும் இந்து அறநிலையத் துறையினர் தங்கள் கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்குக் கொண்டுவர நோட்டீஸ் கொடுத்தனர். ஆடிப்போன நித்தி, மூத்த வழக் கறிஞர்கள் சிலருடன் ஆலோசனை நடத்தி, கோர்ட்டுக்குச் சென்றார். கடந்த ஒரு மாதத்துக்கும் மேலாக அவர் எங்கே இருக்கிறார் என்றே யாருக்கும் தெரியாமல் இருந்தது. இந்த நிலையில், 

கடந்த 6-ம் தேதி அவருடைய 36-வது அவதாரப் பெருநாள் விழாவை (அதாங்க, பிறந்த நாள் விழா!) பிரமாண்டமாகக் கொண்டாடத் திட்டம் போட்டிருந்தார். அதற்காக அண்ணாமலையார் கோயில் ராஜகோபுரம் எதிரே மேடை அமைக்கப்​பட்டு இருந்தது. ஒயிலாட்டம், புலியாட்டம், தாரை தப்பட்டை, கேரள செண்டை மேளம் முழங்க மாட வீதிகளில் உற்சவ மூர்த்திகளுடன் வீதி உலா, ஆசிரம வளாகத்தில் சத்சங்க விழா, பின்னர் பக்தர்​களுக்கு ஆசி வழங்குதல் என ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு இருந்தன. பிறந்த நாளான 6-ம் தேதி அதிகாலையில் நித்தியின் வருகைக்காக அண்ணாமலையார் கோயிலில் அவரது சீடர்கள் காத்திருந்தனர். நேரம் ஆனதே தவிர, அவர் வரவில்லை. 

பிறந்த நாள் தொடர்பான நிகழ்ச்சிகள் அனைத்தும் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டு, ஆசிரமத்தை விட்டு வெளியே வராமல் சிறை வைக்கப்பட்டவர்போல் அங்கேயே இருந்தார். நித்தியின் பக்தர்கள் சிலரிடம் பேசியபோது, ''சுவாமியின் பிறந்த நாள் விழாவை எப்போதும் கோலாகலமாகக் கொண்டாடுவது வழக்கம். பிறந்த நாள் அன்று அதிகாலையிலேயே அண் ணாமலையார் கோயிலுக்கு சீடர்களுடன் வந்து அபிஷேகம் செய்வார். அதன்பின், அருண கிரிநாதர் சன்னதிக்குச் சென்று அங்கேயும் பூஜைகள் செய்வார். இந்த முறை அபிஷேகத்துக்கு சுவாமியுடன் ஐந்து பேரைதான் அனுமதிக்க முடியும் என்று கோயில் சார்பில் சொல்லப்பட்டது. இதனால் பிறந்த நாள் அதுவுமாக காலையிலேயே ஏன் வீண் பிரச்னை என்று கோயிலுக்கே வராமல் இருந்து விட்டார். அதற்குப் பதில், பெங்களூரு கருமாரியம்மன் ஆசிரமத்தின் மதுக்கர் சுவாமிகளுடன் அவரது முக்கியச் சீடர்கள் கோயிலுக்கு வந்து பூஜைகள் செய்துவிட்டுச் சென்றனர். மற்ற நிகழ்ச்சிகளையாவது சிறப்பாக நடத்த இருந்தோம். ஆனால், நகரில் எங்களது விழாவுக்கும் ஊர்வலத்துக்கும் அனுமதி தர போலீஸார் மறுத்து விட்டனர். 

இதனால், அந்த நிகழ்ச்சிகளையும் ரத்துசெய்துவிட்டு மாலையில் ஆசிரமத்தில் கொண்டாட இருந்தோம். அதற்காக ஆசிரமத்தில் பெரிய மேடை அமைத்து அலங்காரங்கள் செய்து இருந்தோம். சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு பிரச்னை ஏற்பட்டுவிடும் என்று போலீஸார் அதற்கும் அனுமதி தர மறுத்து விட்டனர். நித்தியானந்தரின் மெழுகு சிலை பொம்மைகளும் ஓரங்கட்டப்பட்டன. கடைசியில், சத்சங்க நிகழ்ச்சியை மட்டும் ஒரு பெரிய ஹாலில் நடத்தினார். இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு டெல்லியில் இருந்து ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ நாராயண் சாய் சுவாமிகள் வந்து, நித்தியானந்​தரை வாழ்த்திச் சென்றார். பின்னர் பக்தர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் அங்கு இருந்தபடியே சுவாமி ஆசி வழங்கினார். இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிகள் பெரிய திரைகளில் ஒளிபரப்பு செய்யப்​பட்டது. பல தடைகளை மீறி, சுவாமி விழாவை நடத்திக் காட்டினார்'' என்றனர். இந்த விழாவுக்காக சேலம் மற்றும் நாமக்கல் மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து ஆட் கள் அழைத்து வரப்பட்டு இருந்தனர். அவர்களுக்காக நகரில் லாட்ஜ், திருமண மண்டபங்கள் புக் செய்யப்பட்டன. சளைக் காமல் பேட்டி கொடுக்கும் நித்தி, இந்த முறை மீடியாவையைச் சந்திப்பதையே தவிர்த்தார். நித்தி விழாவுக்கு அனுமதி மறுக்கப்பட்டது குறித்து எஸ்.பி. முத்தரசியிடம் கேட்டதற்கு, ''கோயிலைச் சுற்றி யாரும் ஊர்வலம் வரக் கூடாது என் பதால் அனுமதி மறுக்கப்பட்டதே தவிர, அவர்களின் விழாவுக்கு நாங்கள் எந்தத் தடையும் விதிக்கவில்லை'' என்றார்

மதுரை ஆதீனம் தொடர்ந்த வழக்கை ரத்து செய்யக்கோரி நித்யானந்தா மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார். நித்யானந்தாவுடன் இணைந்து ஏற்படுத்திய மதுரை ஆதீன அறக்கட்டளையை மதுரை ஆதீனம் கலைத்தார். அறக்கட்டளை அறக்கட்டளை கலைக்கப்பட்டது செல்லாது எனக்கூறி மதுரை கோர்ட்டில் நித்யானந்தா மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார். 

இதன் மீதான விசாரணை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. இந்நிலையில் நித்யானந்தா மதுரை ஷெசன்ஸ் சப் கோர்ட்டில் புதிதாக மனு ஒன்றை தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார். அதில், அறக்கட்டளையை அரசின் முன் அனுமதி பெற்றுத்தான் கலைக்க வேண்டும். ஆதீனம் முன் அனுமதியின்றி கலைத்துள்ளார். 

எனவே அறக்கட்டளை கலைக்கப்பட்டது செல்லாது என கூறியுள்ளார். இதனை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி நித்யானந்தா மனு தொடர்பாக வரும் 10ம் தேதிக்குள் பதிலளிக்கும்படி மதுரை ஆதீனத்துக்கு உத்தரவிட்டார்.

Late in the Night of 5th, Nithya was informed by the local Thruvannamalai police that he is not allowed to enter the main Shiva temple on the 6th morning as per his schedule. Nithya's devotees had erected a huge temporary stage in front of the temple for Nithya to address the gathering and give his birthday message. Late on 5th night the police dismantled the stage and removed the audio system and warned Nithya that he would be arrested if he conducted a public address. So his 6th morning programme of visiting the Main Shiva temple in Thruvannamalai and addressing the devotees and giving his birthday message was cancelled. He never visited the temple. This is the first time perhaps he could not visit the temple on his birthday, from the time he became a so called Swami. 

His evening programme in his Thruvannamalai Ashram also turned out to be a bigger fiasco. He erected a huge temporary stage in the open grounds and decked it up with floral decorations. Dinner for devotees was arranged in an adjoining school ground. His schedule was: At 4.30 PM pada puja and arati was to be performed in the Ananda Sabha by his fully brain washed devotees like Aiyya, Rishi and other fools. At 5.30PM he was supposed to be on the stage to be honored by his devotees. Sat sang and message was for 6.00PM to be followed by individual darshan and dinner. His brainwashed organizers from nearby villages arranged for about 10 bus loads of poor villagers. The organizers paid Rs500.00 per person with free mala, meals and transport. It was a paid holiday trip for the villagers. Nithya wants crowds for advertisement and is willing to pay for them. This is a practice followed by political parties in India. Sad but this is the truth.

 By about 3.00PM a crowd of about 2000 was managed by Nithya's organizers. Most of the crowd were villagers who were paid to attend the programme. The Police about 200 personnel in all arrived in 4 vans at around 3.30PM and surrounded the Ashram. The inspector went inside and told Nithya that he was not permitted to take the stage and address a public gathering. He could only give darshan to his devotees in a room/ hall and accept pada puja. Once the police realized that the majority of the so called devotees were a paid crowd, they promptly dispersed them and sent them back to their villages. Nithya was warned not to take the stage and address the crowd. He promptly cancelled the evening program. As I write this the police are still posted in the Ashram. Tomorrow he has announced an NSP program in nearby Salem District. We need to see if he will take the program as announced or will cancel the same.

திருவண்ணாமலை: திருவண்ணாமலையில் நித்யானந்தாவின் பிறந்தநாள் விழா கொண்டாட்டத்துக்கு போலீசார் அனுமதி அளிக்க மறுத்துவிட்டனர். தொடர்ந்து அவரது நடவடிக்கைகள் கண்காணிக்கப்பட்டன. பல்வேறு சர்ச்சைகள், வழக்குகளில் சிக்கி தலைமறைவாக வெளிநாடுகளில் இருந்த நித்யானந்தா, தனது பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாட்டத்திற்காக நேற்று முன்தினம் இரவு திருவண்ணாமலை வந்தார். இந்நிலையில், சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு பிரச்னை ஏற்படும் என தெரிவித்து, பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாட்டத்துக்கு போலீசார் அனுமதி அளிக் க மறுத்துவிட்டனர். மே லும், மாட வீதியில் ஊர்வலமாக செல்லக்கூடாது, 

கிரிவலப்பாதையில் உள்ள ஆசிரமத்தில் மேடை அமைத்து பிரசங்கம் செய் யவும், ஒலிபெருக்கிகளை பயன்படுத்தவும் கூடாது என போலீசார் தடை விதித்தனர். மாட வீதியில் மேடை அமைக்கும் முயற்சியையும் இரவோடு இரவாக போலீசார் தடுத்தனர். மேலும், கிரிவலப்பாதையில் உள்ள நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமத்தை கையகப்படுத்தும் நடவடிக்கை தொடர்பான வழக்கு கோர்ட்டில் நிலுவையில் இருப்பதால், அங்கு எவ்வித விதிமீறல் நடவடிக்கையிலும் நித்யானந்தா ஈடுபடக்கூடாது என ஏற்கனவே திருவண்ணாமலை தாலுகா போலீசில் அறநிலையத்துறை உதவி ஆணையர் புகார் அளித்திருக்கிறார். 

அதனால், விதிமீறல்கள் நடைபெறுகிறதா, கோர்ட் உத்தரவு மீறப்படுகிறதா என அறநிலையத் துறையினரும், போலீசாரும் நேற்று ஆசிரமப் பகுதியில் தீவிர கண்காணிப்பில் ஈடுபட்டனர்.  இதனால் அதிர்ச்சிய டைந்த நித்யானந்தா,  பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாட்டத் தை தவிர்த்தார். மேலும், திட்டமிட்டபடி நேற்று அதிகாலை அண்ணாமலையார் கோயிலுக்கும் அவர் வரவில்லை. முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கையாக கோயிலில் பலத்த போலீஸ் பாதுகாப்பு போ டப்பட்டிருந்தது. 

கிரிவலப் பாதையில் உள்ள ஆசிரமத்தில் பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாட்டத்துக்காக அமைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த பிரம்மாண்டமான மே டைக்கும் நித்யானந்தா வரவில்லை. ஆசிரமத்தை சுற்றிலும் போலீசார் பாதுகாப்பு பணியில் ஈடுபட்டனர். பிறந்தநாள் கொண்டாட்டத்துக்காக வெளியூர்களில் இருந்து அழைத்து வரப்பட்ட சீடர்கள், பரபரப்பான சூழ்நிலையால் உடனடியாக திரும்பிச் சென்றனர்.

India mourns for the brave victim of Delhi gang rape. Deepest condolences to her family. may her soul rest in peace. 

 The prime minister has promised that her death will not be in vain. We hope stricter rape laws will be brought so that rape trials will be conducted in special courts in daily basis, and all the legal loopholes exploited by rapists will be fixed to give them the harshest punishments.

  Rape and all forms of violence against women is a shame to this country where women are worshipped as goddesses. The youth of our country have spoken out in a single voice against such violence. We hope this will give courage to all victims to speak out against their abuse and seek swift justice against their abusers

Nityananda sleaze CD genuine: CID

The video footage showing arrested self-styled godman Nityananda Swami in a compromising position with a Tamil actress is "genuine", a top CID official said on Thursday.
"The video footage is genuine. It is untampered and there is no indication of alteration in the video. As far as image comparison is concerned, that is still to be done," CID's Deputy IGP Charan Reddy told PTI.
Asked about efforts to trace the actress, Reddy said, "She is not an accused in this case. She will definitely come. When she comes, we will examine her."
The CD was sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory Hyderabad for analysis where it was found to be authentic, he said.
The case was entrusted to CID for investigation after the scandal broke out in March when some TV channels aired the purported video footage.
Meanwhile, the Karnataka High Court reserved its order for Friday on a bail plea by Nityananda, arrested on criminal charges, including rape, from Solan in Himachal Pradesh on April 21.
Public Prosecutor Satish R. Girji told the court that the investigation was complete and since there was no material on record, they did not require Nityananda's further custody.
Tamil Nadu where a private complaint has been filed against the self-styled godman.
