NITHYANANDA FACES FRESH COMPLAINT OF FRAUD AND RACKETEERING IN USA
1 more complaint has been filed against Nithyananda in USA for FRAUD AND DECEIT, RACKETEERING, CIVIL CONSPIRACY and UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES, cheating the US government and donors by misusing the charitable, tax-exempt 501(c) status. The complaint (Case no. EDCV13-363-JGB, filed on 27th Feb 2013 at the US District Court, Central District of California) has been filed by several ex-donors against Nithyananda, his secretaries and his organizations, allege that Nithyananda and his secretaries blatantly misrepresented Nithyananda as a Brahmachari, sanyasi living a simple life, and misrepresented the organizations as charitable institutions benefitting the society and extracted crores of rupees from them. But in reality Nithyananda’s intentions were to cheat the public, devotees and the US government by misusing his position as the leader of these organizations and charitable tax-exempt (501(c)) status of his organizations to privately benefit from it (refer pg 50 of complaint). The ex-donors have demanded the return of around $800,000 (around Rs. 4.5 crores) collected from them through fraud and deceit. However, the court could award 3 times that amount (almost Rs. 14 crores) as compensation, if the racketeering charges are confirmed in a trial.
The defendants named in the complaint are: (i) Nithyananda (Accused 1 in India), (ii) Gopal Reddy Sheelum @ Nithya Bhaktananda (Accused 2 in India) – already declared FRAUD by US Court in July 2012 in another case 5:11-CV-01304 SVW (SPx), Popatlal Savla vs Nithyananda Foundation (iii) Siva Vallabhaneni @ Nithya Sachitananda (Accused 3 in India), (iv) Nithyananda Foundation – also declared FRAUD by US Court in July 2012 in case no. 5:11-CV-01304 SVW (SPx), Popatlal Savla vs Nithyananda Foundation, (v) Life Bliss Foundation in Montclair (Los Angeles), California (vi) Nithyananda Dhyanapaatem Temple and Cultural Center (NDTCC) in Montclair (Los Angeles), California and (vii) Dhyanapeetam Charitable Trust in Bidadi, India
In July 2012, in the same California court, a jury reviewed all evidence and found Nithyananda Foundation and Gopal Reddy Sheelum guilty of committing fraud against another ex-donor Mr. Popatlal Savla and ordered them to return the $1.5 Million (~ Rs 8 crore) that was fraudulently obtained from him (see link below for judgment from that case). But the details of the allegations (which are explained below) and evidence presented in this latest complaint shockingly exposes well planned efforts and criminal intent of Nithyananda and his secretaries Gopal Reddy Sheelum (@Bhaktananda, A2) and Siva Vallabhaneni (@ Sachitananda, A3) to cheat the public and government.
The allegations in the complaint and other sections of interest are briefly explained below:
· Fraud and Deceit (Refer complaint, Pg 17, 25, 28, 29, 37, 39-40, 47, 50-51)
Publicly and privately Nithyananda over emphasized that he lived a very simple life and he was a Brahmachari Sanyasi (Pg 17). He intentionally misrepresented his organizations as charitable tax-exempt (501(c) status) institutions exclusively for charitable activities for the benefit of the society. But in fact it was benefitting Nithyananda his secretaries, and other individuals, as large amounts collected in US were transferred to Nithyananda’s bank account. (Pg 28, 37)
· Nithyananda confessed about Sex with many and video being authentic: (refer Pg 25)
Nithynanda personally confessed to donors in March 2010 about video being true (not morphed as he alleged later), that he had sex with many persons, that the sex-contract (i.e. NDA or Non-Disclosure Agreements) were being used for many years (atleast since 2005). Nithyananda also admitted that he misrepresented his organization as being charitable entities, because most of the money collected in USA through his organizations was sent to Nithyananda. (Refer Pg 25 for more details). Nithyananda and his secretaries have also confirmed about existence of the NDA (Non-Diclosure Agreement, better known as “sex contract”). (refer Pg 40)
· Financial fraud by Nithyananda organizations: (refer Pg 28, 29, 47)
Nithyananda organization cannot account for more than $2 million, they have no records of how they spent $3.6 million!!! Based on evidence in previous trial (in Popatlal Savla vs. Nithyananda Foundation), an expert testified that Nithyananda entities have 2 sets of books, and worst of all, the books (financial records) were cooked to make $2 million profit turn into $2 million loss. More details in pg 28,29, 47
· Civil Conspiracy (refer Pg 29-33)
Nithyananda and his secretaries have elaborately planned to destroy evidence and strip all the assets of entities in Nithyananda organizations, to avoid paying if they face lawsuits. Nithyananda and his secretaries specifically discussed that many people have expressed about sexual abuse incidents happening to them, and so they were concerned about potential lawsuits. (Pg 31). · Racketeering (pg 16)
Nithyananda and his secretaries Gopal (Bhaktananda) and Siva (Sachitananda) operated the assets of the charitable organizations as their own personal ATM and piggy bank. Large sums of money moved from USA to India through Nithyananda’s brother’s company called “Nithyananda Import Export”.
While Nithyananda claims to have no connections whatsoever with Nithyananda Foundation or his other organizations, the complaint infact goes to say that Nithyananda controlled the organizations to such a great degree that Nithyananda and his Organizations are one and the same, there is no separation between them (Refer pg 13-15)
This latest complaint against Nithyananda, which is similar to a class action lawsuit, was filed by 6 ex-donors on 28th Feb 2013. Interestingly, around the same time 3 years ago (on 2nd Mar 2010), truth about Nithyananda came to light!

TN govt challenges court order against Nithyananda
The Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) department has challenged a single judge order quashing the government’s show-cause notice to bring Nithyananda’s ashram in Thiruvannamalai under state control,
It may be recalled that the judge quashed the notice by the government earlier this month, stating that the authorities had not collected material particulars of the trust, including the trust deed, before sending its notice. Now the government has challenged the order.
A few days ago, the self-styled godman was clandestinely conferred the title of “Mahamandaleshwar” by the Panchayati Akhara Mahanirvani, a prominent akhara, during Maha Kumbh.
The title enables Nityananda to sit atop a chariot and take the holy dip in the Sangam waters. The function in which Nityananda was anointed, was a closely guarded secret and the other akharas were not informed about it. Nor were the Mahakumbh officials invited as per tradition, according to reports.

நித்தியானந்தா ஆசிரம வழக்கு: உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் அரசு மேல்முறையீடு

சென்னை, பிப்.16- சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்றத்தில் திருவண்ணா மலை நித்தியானந்தா பீடத்தின் மேலாளர் நித் திய பரமானந்தர் மனு ஒன்றை தாக்கல் செய்தி ருந்தார். அதில், நித்தியா னந்தா பீடம் ஒரு வழி பாட்டிடமல்ல. அங்கு மதச் சடங்குகள், பூஜை கள் எதுவும் நடத்தப்படு வதில்லை.
எனவே இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை சட்டம் எதுவும் எங்கள் பீடத்தைக் கட்டுப்படுத் தாது. ஆனால் எங்கள் பீடத்தை கையகப்படுத் துவதற்காக கடந்த அக் டோபர் 11 ஆம் தேதி இந்து சமய அறநிலையத் துறை உதவி ஆணையர் நோட்டீசு அனுப்பியுள் ளார். அந்த நோட்டீசை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று கூறியிருந்தார்.
இந்த மனுவை நீதிபதி கே.சந்துரு விசாரித்தார். அங்கு இந்து ஆகம விதி களும் பின்பற்றப்பட வில்லை. சில இந்து கட வுள்களின் சிலைகள் அங்கு இருப்பதை வைத்து அது இந்து மதத்தை பின்பற்றும் சமய பீடம் என்று கூற முடியாது. எனவே திருவண்ணா மலையில் உள்ள நித்தி யானந்தா பீடம், இந்து சமய அறநிலை யத்துறை யின் கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்குள் வராது என்று கூறி உதவி ஆணையரின் நோட் டீசை ரத்து செய்து கடந்த ஜனவரி 31 ஆம் தேதி உத்தரவிட்டார்.
இந்த உத்தரவை எதிர்த்து உயர்நீதிமன்றத் தில் இந்து சமய அற நிலையத்துறை ஆணை யர் மேல்முறையீட்டு மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள் ளார். அதில் அவர் கூறி யிருப்பதாவது:-
இந்து கடவுள்களின் சிலைகள் மட்டும்தான் அந்த பீடத்தில் இருந் தன. அறநிலையத்துறை நோட்டீசு அனுப்பிய பிறகுதான் அங்கு புத்தர் சிலைகள் வைக்கப்பட் டன. அந்த பீடத்தில் யோகா, தியானம் ஆகிய வற்றுக்கான பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. இது இந்து மதத்துக்கு உரித் தான பாரம்பரியமாகும். அங்கு நடக்கும் பூஜை களை இந்து அர்ச்சகர் களை சம்பளத்துக்கு அழைத்து அவர்கள் மூல மாகவே நடத்துகின்ற னர்.
பவுர்ணமி காலத்தில் திருவண்ணாமலைக்கு வரும் பக்தர்களுக்கு இந்த பீடத்தில் அன்ன தானம் வழங்கப்படு கிறது. இதுவும் இந்து முறைப்படியான விஷ யம்தான். நித்தியானந்தா பீடம், இந்து சடங்கு களை பின்பற்றும் மடம் என்பதை தனி நீதிபதி கவனிக்க தவறிவிட்டார். எனவே தனி நீதிபதியின் உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும்.
இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த மேல்முறையீட்டு மனு விரைவில் விசார ணைக்கு வருகிறது

Nithyananda skips ‘shahi snan’ at Mahakumbh

Despite being elevated to the rank of a “mahamandaleshwar” (a top religious title) in a clandestine manner a few days ago, tainted self-styled godman Nithyananda’s wish to join the top ranking sadhus in taking the holy dip at sangam remained unfulfilled as he skipped the “shahi snan” (royal bath) fearing protests.
Nithyananda, who had been conferred the title of mahamandaleshwar by the Mahanirvani Akhara on Tuesday, could have joined the shahi snan as the mahamandaleshwars are entitled to march in the royal processions to the banks of the sangam and take the holy dip.
The self-styled godman had earlier participated in the shahi snan as an ordinary devotee. In fact, it was alleged that Nithyananda had bribed his way to get the rank of a mahamandaleshwar.
“His image had taken a beating after the sex scandal and he wanted to get himself elevated to the rank of a mahamandaleshwar so that he could join the top seers of the country,” said an office bearer of the All India Akahara Parishad, the apex body of the 13 Akaharas in the country.
The Parishad president Mahant Gyan Das also alleged that Nithyananda had “acquired the rank with the use of money”. He said that a meeting of senior sadhus would be convened to discuss the matter and Nithyananda could be suspended if there was a consensus.
According to sources, the function in which Nithyananda had been anointed as mahamandaleshwar was a closely guarded secret and other akaharas were not informed about it nor were the Mahakumbh officials invited as has been the tradition.
The anointment had triggered a wave of protests from other prominent akharas and sadhus though the Mahanirvani akhara strongly defended its action.

நித்தியானந்தா குளிக்க போகும் போது துப்பாக்கி!

நம்ம நித்தி சுவாமிகள் மீண்டும் ஒரு ரவுண்ட் வர தயாராகிவிட்டார். அதற்கு புத்துணர்ச்சி ஏற்றிக்கொள்ள மகா கும்பமேளாவின் மிக முக்கியமான ராஜ குளியலில் கலந்து கொள்ள மவுணி அமாவாசை தினத்தன்று அலகாபாத் திரிவேணி சங்கமத்தில் ஆஜரானார், நித்தியானந்தா. திரிவேணி சங்கமத்தின் கரையில் அமைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த சுமார் 75 கூடாரங்களில், சினிமா செட் போல பளபளத்தது நித்தியின் சுமார் 100 பக்தர்களை பெங்களூருவில் இருந்து அழைத்து வந்து இறக்கி அசத்தினார் நித்தி. நட்சத்திர ஹோட்டலுக்குக் குறைவில்லாத வசதிகளுடன் இருந்த நித்தியின் கூடாரத்தில், கடுமையான கட்டுக் காவல். அனுமதி இன்றி உள்ளே யாரும் நுழைய முடியாது.
ராஜக் குளியல் செய்வதற்காக நித்தி, ஆளுயர ரோஜா மாலையுடன் வித்தியாசமான கெட்டப்பில் ஊர்வலமாக வந்தார். ஊர்வலத்துக்காக செட்டப் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்த ரதத்தில் நித்திக்காக வெள்ளி சிம்மாசனம் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.
நித்திக்குப் பாதுகாப்பாகத் துப்பாக்கி ஏந்திய இரு கமாண்டோக்களும் உடன் வந்தது அங்கு வந்திருந்த சாதுக்களுக்கு ஆச்சர்யத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது. யார் இந்த வி.ஐ.பி. சாது என்று அக்கம் பக்கத்தில் விசாரித்துக் கொண்டனர்.
சரி.. துப்பாக்கி ஏந்திய கமாண்டோ பாதுகாப்பு கொடுத்தது யாரு? மத்திய அரசா? உ.பி. அரசா ?
நித்தி வட்டாரங்களில் விசாரித்தபோது, தனியார் பாதுகாப்பு ஏஜென்சி ஒன்றுக்கு பணம் கொடுத்து பெறப்பட்ட பாதுகாப்பு என்றார்கள். இதற்கு அந்த மாநில அரசிடம் முன்கூட்டியே அனுமதி பெற்றிருக்கிறார்கள். பாதுகாப்பு ஏஜென்சியின் யூனிபார்மில் இல்லாமல், கமாண்டோ பாணியில் உடையணிந்து பாதுகாப்பு கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பது, நித்தி விடுத்த கோரிக்கையாம்! (அந்த டிரெஸ்ஸூக்கு மேலதிக கட்டணம் உண்டு)
அட, இப்படியொரு செட்டப்பில் மதுரை வந்து, அருணகிரியாரை மிரள வைக்கலாமே!

நம்ம நித்தி சுவாமிகள் மீண்டும் ஒரு ரவுண்ட் வர தயாராகிவிட்டார். அதற்கு புத்துணர்ச்சி ஏற்றிக்கொள்ள மகா கும்பமேளாவின் மிக முக்கியமான ராஜ குளியலில் கலந்து கொள்ள மவுணி அமாவாசை தினத்தன்று அலகாபாத் திரிவேணி சங்கமத்தில் ஆஜரானார், நித்தியானந்தா. திரிவேணி சங்கமத்தின் கரையில் அமைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த சுமார் 75 கூடாரங்களில், சினிமா செட் போல பளபளத்தது நித்தியின் சுமார் 100 பக்தர்களை பெங்களூருவில் இருந்து அழைத்து வந்து இறக்கி அசத்தினார் நித்தி. நட்சத்திர ஹோட்டலுக்குக் குறைவில்லாத வசதிகளுடன் இருந்த நித்தியின் கூடாரத்தில், கடுமையான கட்டுக் காவல். அனுமதி இன்றி உள்ளே யாரும் நுழைய முடியாது.
ராஜக் குளியல் செய்வதற்காக நித்தி, ஆளுயர ரோஜா மாலையுடன் வித்தியாசமான கெட்டப்பில் ஊர்வலமாக வந்தார். ஊர்வலத்துக்காக செட்டப் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்த ரதத்தில் நித்திக்காக வெள்ளி சிம்மாசனம் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.
நித்திக்குப் பாதுகாப்பாகத் துப்பாக்கி ஏந்திய இரு கமாண்டோக்களும் உடன் வந்தது அங்கு வந்திருந்த சாதுக்களுக்கு ஆச்சர்யத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது. யார் இந்த வி.ஐ.பி. சாது என்று அக்கம் பக்கத்தில் விசாரித்துக் கொண்டனர்.

கும்பமேளாவின் யோக்கியதை இதுதான்! பட்டத்தைப் பணம் கொடுத்து வாங்கினார் நித்யானந்தா

பெங்களூருவை அடுத்துள்ள பிடதியில் தியான பீடம் நடத்தி வரும் நித்தியானந்தாவும் மகா கும்பமேளாவில் கலந்து கொண்டார். திரி வேணி சங்கமம் அருகே நடந்து வரும் கும்ப மேளா விழாவில் மகா நிர்வாணி அகாரா என்ற அமைப்பு நித்தியானந் தாவுக்கு மகாமண் டலேசுவரர் என்ற பட் டத்தை வழங்கியுள்ளது. இந்த பட்டம் வழங்கிய தற்கு சாதுக்கள் மற்றும் மடாதிபதிகளின் உயர் அமைப்பான அகாரா பரிஷத் கண்டனம் தெரி வித்திருக்கிறது. மேலும் இந்த விருது வழங்கி இருப்பதில் பணப் பரி மாற்றம்-ஊழல் நடந்து இருப்பதாகவும் குற்றம் சாட்டி இருக்கிறது. இது பற்றி அகாரா பரிஷத் தின் தலைவர் மகந்த் ஞானதாஸ் கூறியதா வது:-

Kumbh pilgrims oppose visit of Nithyananda

Allahabad, Feb 4: Normally stoic Indians are in a mood to challenge established views and those harming values. And Swami Nithyananda is one of those tasting the wrath of people. the controversial godman's visit to Kumbh Mela is being opposed by the pilgrims.
Nithyananda is expected to reach Kumbh mela township today (Feb 4) and stay at the holy place for ten days. His followers have erected a huge pandal. What attracted the attention of the people to the pandal and subsequent campaign against the swamy was the 8-ft statue of his installed at the pandal. His followers were doing daily puja to the huge statue of his and holding meditation sessions. But these holy rituals do not seem to have any difference to the public mood.
A section of pilgrims have met distirct administration and sought to put restrictions of Nithyananda. They are enraged by the fact that a person like Nithyananda coyuld be coming to the holy place considering charges against him. The pilgrims have also expressed their anger about the activities in the Nithyananda pandal.

இதற்கு அங்கு எதிர்ப்பு கிளம்பியுள்ளது. இதுகுறித்து உ.பி. மாநில அரசு, கலெக்டர், உள்ளிட்டோருக்கு உ.பி. எம்.பிக்கள் சிலர் மனு அனுப்பியுள்ளனர். அதில், நிதித்யானந்தாவை கும்பமேளாவில் பங்கேற்க அனுமதித்தால், ஆன்மிக நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கு பிரச்னை ஏற்படலாம். விவாதத்துக்கு உள்ளானவர்களை, கும்பமேளாவில் கலந்து கொள்ள அனுமதிக்கக் கூடாது.

Allahabad, Feb 4: Normally stoic Indians are in a mood to challenge established views and those harming values. And Swami Nithyananda is one of those tasting the wrath of people. the controversial godman's visit to Kumbh Mela is being opposed by the pilgrims.
Nithyananda is expected to reach Kumbh mela township today (Feb 4) and stay at the holy place for ten days. His followers have erected a huge pandal. What attracted the attention of the people to the pandal and subsequent campaign against the swamy was the 8-ft statue of his installed at the pandal. His followers were doing daily puja to the huge statue of his and holding meditation sessions. But these holy rituals do not seem to have any difference to the public mood.
A section of pilgrims have met distirct administration and sought to put restrictions of Nithyananda. They are enraged by the fact that a person like Nithyananda coyuld be coming to the holy place considering charges against him. The pilgrims have also expressed their anger about the activities in the Nithyananda pandal.

லக்னோ: உ.பியில் நடைபெறும் கும்பமேளா நிகழ்ச்சியில் நித்தியானந்தா கலந்து கொள்வதற்கு அங்கு கடும் எதிர்ப்புக் கிளம்பியுள்ளதாம்.
அலகாபாத் நகரில் கும்பமேளா நடந்து வருகிறது.லட்சக்கணக்கானோர் குழுமியுள்ளனர். அதேபோல பாலியல் விவகார சர்ச்சையில் சிக்கிய நித்தியானந்தாவின் பக்தர்களும் அங்கு ஒரு கேம்ப் போட்டு தினசரி பூஜை செய்து வருகின்றனர். இன்று முதல் 10 நாட்களுக்கு நித்தியானந்தாவும் கேம்ப் போட்டு தினசரி பஜனை பண்ணப் போகிறாராம்.

A tent (pandal) is being decorated in Kumbh Mela for Dhyanapeetam and Swami Nithynanda. Even before Nithynanda has arrived at Kumbh Mela, his 8-feet moorthy has been decorated and being worshipped with puja and arati. Many saints have raised objections over the controversial godman being in the Kumbh Mela.
The saints have warned that just by “ganga snan” (bathing in the ganges) his sins will not be washed away, his actions (karma) also speak. 4th February Nithyananda will come to Kumbh mela and not only give darshan but also give discourses to the public and conduct 2 yagnas everyday. He will be in Kumbh for 10 days, but the saints and sadhus have appealed to the administration to ban Swami Nithyananda from Kumbh Mela.

[Spokesperson for Kumbh Mela says] “Such persons should be stopped from coming to Kumbh Mela. His presence will have a strong negative impact on the public visiting the Kumbh, so such a person should not be allowed to come, he should be banned. If the administration doesn’t take this step, the Akhada will talk to them and will make every effort to take such action.”
Nithyananda was caught in a sex scandal in 2010 and went to jail, so there is strong opposition against him coming to Kumbh. With the raising of such objections and discussions, the Kumbh Mela administration also is keeping an eye on Swami Nithyananda and his ashram activities.

ಒಬ್ಬ ಪೀಠಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ಅನೈತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಮಹಾ ಕುಂಭಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದು ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಡವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂಥ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಅಪವಿತ್ರಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಭಕ್ತರ ನಿಯೋಗವೊಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೆ ಕುಂಭಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಸಹಜ, ವಿಕೃತ ನಡವಳಿಗೆ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆರಳಿಸಿದೆ.

Police Deny Permission for Nithyananda to Celebrate His Birthday in Public Premises

Late in the Night of 5th, Nithya was informed by the local Thruvannamalai police that he is not allowed to enter the main Shiva temple on the 6th morning as per his schedule. Nithya's devotees had erected a huge temporary stage in front of the temple for Nithya to address the gathering and give his birthday message. Late on 5th night the police dismantled the stage and removed the audio system and warned Nithya that he would be arrested if he conducted a public address. So his 6th morning programme of visiting the Main Shiva temple in Thruvannamalai and addressing the devotees and giving his birthday message was cancelled. He never visited the temple. This is the first time perhaps he could not visit the temple on his birthday, from the time he became a so called Swami.
His evening programme in his Thruvannamalai Ashram also turned out to be a bigger fiasco. He erected a huge temporary stage in the open grounds and decked it up with floral decorations. Dinner for devotees was arranged in an adjoining school ground. His schedule was: At 4.30 PM pada puja and arati was to be performed in the Ananda Sabha by his fully brain washed devotees like Aiyya, Rishi and other fools. At 5.30PM he was supposed to be on the stage to be honored by his devotees. Sat sang and message was for 6.00PM to be followed by individual darshan and dinner. His brainwashed organizers from nearby villages arranged for about 10 bus loads of poor villagers. The organizers paid Rs500.00 per person with free mala, meals and transport. It was a paid holiday trip for the villagers. Nithya wants crowds for advertisement and is willing to pay for them. This is a practice followed by political parties in India. Sad but this is the truth.
By about 3.00PM a crowd of about 2000 was managed by Nithya's organizers. Most of the crowd were villagers who were paid to attend the programme. The Police about 200 personnel in all arrived in 4 vans at around 3.30PM and surrounded the Ashram. The inspector went inside and told Nithya that he was not permitted to take the stage and address a public gathering. He could only give darshan to his devotees in a room/ hall and accept pada puja. Once the police realized that the majority of the so called devotees were a paid crowd, they promptly dispersed them and sent them back to their villages. Nithya was warned not to take the stage and address the crowd. He promptly cancelled the evening program. As I write this the police are still posted in the Ashram. Tomorrow he has announced an NSP program in nearby Salem District. We need to see if he will take the program as announced or will cancel the same.

திருவண்ணாமலை: திருவண்ணாமலையில் நித்யானந்தாவின் பிறந்தநாள் விழா கொண்டாட்டத்துக்கு போலீசார் அனுமதி அளிக்க மறுத்துவிட்டனர். தொடர்ந்து அவரது நடவடிக்கைகள் கண்காணிக்கப்பட்டன. பல்வேறு சர்ச்சைகள், வழக்குகளில் சிக்கி தலைமறைவாக வெளிநாடுகளில் இருந்த நித்யானந்தா, தனது பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாட்டத்திற்காக நேற்று முன்தினம் இரவு திருவண்ணாமலை வந்தார். இந்நிலையில், சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு பிரச்னை ஏற்படும் என தெரிவித்து, பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாட்டத்துக்கு போலீசார் அனுமதி அளிக் க மறுத்துவிட்டனர். மே லும், மாட வீதியில் ஊர்வலமாக செல்லக்கூடாது,
கிரிவலப்பாதையில் உள்ள ஆசிரமத்தில் மேடை அமைத்து பிரசங்கம் செய் யவும், ஒலிபெருக்கிகளை பயன்படுத்தவும் கூடாது என போலீசார் தடை விதித்தனர். மாட வீதியில் மேடை அமைக்கும் முயற்சியையும் இரவோடு இரவாக போலீசார் தடுத்தனர். மேலும், கிரிவலப்பாதையில் உள்ள நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமத்தை கையகப்படுத்தும் நடவடிக்கை தொடர்பான வழக்கு கோர்ட்டில் நிலுவையில் இருப்பதால், அங்கு எவ்வித விதிமீறல் நடவடிக்கையிலும் நித்யானந்தா ஈடுபடக்கூடாது என ஏற்கனவே திருவண்ணாமலை தாலுகா போலீசில் அறநிலையத்துறை உதவி ஆணையர் புகார் அளித்திருக்கிறார்.
அதனால், விதிமீறல்கள் நடைபெறுகிறதா, கோர்ட் உத்தரவு மீறப்படுகிறதா என அறநிலையத் துறையினரும், போலீசாரும் நேற்று ஆசிரமப் பகுதியில் தீவிர கண்காணிப்பில் ஈடுபட்டனர். இதனால் அதிர்ச்சிய டைந்த நித்யானந்தா, பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாட்டத் தை தவிர்த்தார். மேலும், திட்டமிட்டபடி நேற்று அதிகாலை அண்ணாமலையார் கோயிலுக்கும் அவர் வரவில்லை. முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கையாக கோயிலில் பலத்த போலீஸ் பாதுகாப்பு போ டப்பட்டிருந்தது.
கிரிவலப் பாதையில் உள்ள ஆசிரமத்தில் பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாட்டத்துக்காக அமைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த பிரம்மாண்டமான மே டைக்கும் நித்யானந்தா வரவில்லை. ஆசிரமத்தை சுற்றிலும் போலீசார் பாதுகாப்பு பணியில் ஈடுபட்டனர். பிறந்தநாள் கொண்டாட்டத்துக்காக வெளியூர்களில் இருந்து அழைத்து வரப்பட்ட சீடர்கள், பரபரப்பான சூழ்நிலையால் உடனடியாக திரும்பிச் சென்றனர்.
