Ranjitha, who was caught in the sex video scandal with Nityananda has finally offered an explanation. The actress was reported as telling a magazine that she was merely doing the daily chores as a disciple of Nithyananda and some lewd scenes were added to it.

Reacting to reports that she had connived with Lenin to create the CD to milk money from Nithyananda, Rajitha said that there was no truth in it. She added that the truth will be revealed by Nithyananda in a few days.
